We’ve been coming here for many years and always loved it, but today was a nightmare!! After 3 month closure due to Covid 19 and the standards set on ALL restaurants to clean and sanitize before opening this was a nightmare!! FILTHY!! The decorative glass/partition between dining room and bar was disgusting - my 4 year old grandson said to my daughter "look mommy its splatter painting..." its food/ liquid splattered from table up to ceiling that's never been washed, it is gross!! Under the table was food from.previous customer. When the waitress cleaned a table opposite us she quickly somewhat wiped it down leaving debris on the floor Our waitress was wearing vinyl gloves obviously to protect herself since she handled cleaners, food, beverages, napkins with the same gloves on not protecting customers. Even though they are "social distancing" tables in the dining room the bar is not social distance from the dining room. Where we sat there was someone sat directly next to us on the bar side. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS CHILIS!!!

Didn't get appetizer until meal came. They took it off bill, but really it's not that hard to get nachos out. Was Sunday afternoon and not that busy.

It's official... Regardless of when we come here the service in slow, we have to ask for utensils, and wait... A lot. Take your business elsewhere.

I need to love this location bc it's our closest one but the service here just doesn't cut it. Someone needs to train servers on proactive response to customers so they don't have to wait so long.
