I tried Vivot Craft Cafe for the first time today and had such a wonderful experience! The staff members were friendly and helpful, the inside of the cafe was spacious with a cool / relaxing vibe, and the drinks and cookies were delicious! Can’t wait to come back and try more from their menu.

Vivot has got to be one of my favorite matcha spots ever! It's not too sweet and they have so many unique flavors and each drink is so customizable with a bunch of different options to make it to fit exactly how you like. The inside is so cute and the employees are so kind too. The location is a bit hard to find but everything else about this place is perfect GO GET SOME BOMBASS MATCHA FROM HERE!!!!

Everything was divine! From the latte with lavender cloud ☕ coffee, to the cookies...mmm! The pandan cookie tastes like coconut and butter cooker, while Vietnamese coffee cookie was like having a toffee candy, butter and coffee all at the same time. Everything is baked fresh. I would definitely recommend coming here. Ambience is cool and relaxed. Destiny, the store manager, was courteous and friendly, too. 😎
The only negative was that my Latte was not hot, only like warm ✨

this place is so great! i had the einspanner (per the recommendation of the super helpful barista) and it was the most delicious matcha drink i,ve ever had, i can’t stop thinking about it! i will say its a little difficult to find it, it’s on the second floor around a corner, but the vibe is great, there’s plenty of seating, and there are so many options on the menu! can’t wait to go back!

Entered Vivot and the first thing I noticed was that is was empty, didn’t even see workers the 1st couple of minutes then we noticed how dirty the floors were with trash and straw wrappers. We finally saw a single worker and he kindly greeted us , it felt like he was alone and the shift before completely dropped the ball on cleaning up, never ever had an issue on cleanliness before. The interior design looks really cool tho, a mixed modern industrial and brutalist, I love the logo in the center. Chairs were ok comfortable, I felt like every outlet was poorly positioned right beneath the seats where the cords and plugs will ALWAYS be in your way. On to the food and drinks, my Hojicha latte was solid, I enjoyed it and it was smooth. My mom’s hot Americano was also good but I’m not sure why the tiramisu cold foam was GREEN??? Did they use the same spoon to stir their other drinks? The drinks took a lil longer than it should as we were the the 1st and only ones there and it was the same for the food. He handed us the croissant in a to-go container which was cool and he handed me the pesto sandwich in my hand, no bag no plate lol Luckily, the croissant was freaking outstandingly delicious, you smell it from a mile away and you can taste the garlic or whatever herbs was in the croissant. My pesto sandwich was delicious as well, and it had an aesthetically pleasing cross section, and it was a surprisingly large sandwich. Overall, I’m inclined to assume they got to the store/woke up late because the store wasn’t no near ready for customers but the service was good, they were friendly and greeting customers as they walked in and the drinks and food were great! I would come here again and enjoy my self, so thank you the guy in the great hoodie. Food was amazing and so was his attitude.

I had troubles with my door dash order but Destiny was able to help me out. It was pretty busy but she and Julian were really holding it down. I did have to wait for my order since I was having troubles with door dash but Destiny made sure that I got everything I ordered. There was a menu item they only have at the Fullerton location that I ordered but she found me an equally delicious replacement.
As I sat there waiting for my order I observed both Destiny and Julian helping out other customers with a gentle smile and a great attitude. Both were very polite, helpful, and happy. It was great to see all of the smiling customers in their shop. I definitely recommend. Thank you Destiny and Julian!

Destiny&Italie is very friendly!! Their pandan cookie is the best definitely get more next time I visit here. I got double hojicha as my drink, little bit to sweet but very well balance with roasted smell. Be back here soon 😊

This place has really good food. The matcha is pretty outstanding. The flavors give a fresh take on matcha and if you want to taste different flavors of it they have an option to order a flight. The sandwiches are really good to.
