While the prices may be on the higher side, the food is undeniably delicious. It's a well-known chain that can be found in malls across the country. At the Mission Viejo Mall, you'll find it located across from the food court rather than within it. I highly recommend trying their pretzels, which are made fresh onsite and in full view of customers. Their lemonade stands up well against that of similar establishments.

They advertised for the app to download it and get a free pretzel after the first purchase. We downloaded the app, made a purchase, nobody in the store knew how to do that, and they didn’t honor their offer. I really love the place but I’m really disappointed. Hope they either fix their advertising or train their people better

Always out of pretzels. Almost every time I go there they are out of something.Very understaffed, or when they are staffed very unorganized. Maybe the employees just need a raise because it seems they don’t want to be there.

Understaffed!!! They really need a good manger that trains them on how to be efficient.There were 4 people working, yet the cashier has to not just charging customers but also preparing the Food.It doesn't matter the time , they never have enough product

2 stars because the product is great when you get it, but every time I go the workers are just horrible. Today I got 3 items and had to go back 3 times because they messed up very simple stuff again and again. I’m very understanding and polite because I know people make mistakes but it was to the point where I felt like they were messing with me, there’s no way workers could be this incompetent. Workers were rude to me every time I went back even though I was respectful.

Ran into the mall to be sure we got in line at 6:50, all machines were off and cold. Looked like it had been closed for hours. Just update your hours if you're gonna close early

Me and my sis went here today! It was so good! But the pretzel bites made my stomach hurt a bit, but I have a sentive stomach
