Chicken was drier than the Sahara desert. It’s almost tasting like it was a day or two day old breast they just cut up and put on the plate. The service was subpar. The restaurant is empty they don’t really attend to you as much as you’d think. Paying their ridiculously expensive prices isn’t the issue, At least make the food digestible and the service more tolerable. Not coming back. Make the wise decision if you are planning to come with your family

Read the reviews—overpriced and tastes okay. The food looks appealing but lacks any flavor that makes sense. The cheese enchiladas were covered in basically marinara, the salsa was way too tomato-y and did not taste like salsa at all, and the service took way too long to take our orders and then way too long to bring out the food. There was maybe 4 tables when we walked in and they didnt get their food for about 20 minutes, and then ours took about 40 minutes, and then it was bland and cost 3x as much as good mexican food. Eat anywhere else.

The best Mexican authentic food in Orange County! From pescado zarandeado, tacos, enchiladas, mole, everything is delicious. The drinks are very good and great customer service.

Best Mexican Food in OC! Food is always amazing and the service is the best. Today they had mariachi and we hope we can come back soon. Also, the owner is always around Ali t sure everything is perfect. Definitely recommend!

Our 1st time here and just might be our last. Great chips n salsa with beans….but we really didn’t have a waiter/waitress, a few various people came. Each said they would come back with water/drinks….”but never did!”We ran out of water 3 different times. For only a few tables with people at them, it took a long time for our 2 plates of food to arrive…we went through 3 things of chips n salsa! Al Pastor skillet seemed old, as the cheese on the bottom was hard. Food was just ok and the service was sad!!!! Perhaps we will try a different location with different owners…..

Enrique was great he suggested some good plates and they were delicious he was very friendly and nice.The food was so good.very satisfied for our first time coming from San Diego.

Shrimp Taco was outstanding

Great restaurant!! The chips were freshly made(still warm). Every item was excellent, freshly cooked with a great presentation. Daniella was amazing. She knew the menu and took pride in her work. She brought me a full vegan menu, mushroom tacos, out of site!
1st trip, and we will definitely be back.

I’ve given Xclusive Mexican Kitchen a try, and honestly, it’s just not worth it. The biggest issue? The prices are ridiculously high for the tiny portions they serve. You’d expect to leave full or at least have something to take home, but that’s not the case here.

The food itself is okay, but nothing special—certainly not enough to justify the cost. It’s disappointing to see a place that’s been around for a while go in this direction. If they keep this up, I can’t imagine they’ll be in business much longer. People aren’t going to keep paying premium prices for portions that barely satisfy a small appetite.

At this point, I won’t be back unless they make some serious changes. There are too many other places offering better value for the money.

I like this spot. Not inexpensive. Good drinks but Tuesdays then tend to use a too-heavy mix to keep the drinks flowing so my cadillac marks aren't quite as good as other days!

Tried Xclusive last night after a recommendation! It was fantastic. Really good food, and drinks. There were three of us and we had shrimp/lobster enchiladas, short ribs, and sea bass - and margueritas. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I highly recommend this restaurant! All of the staff is wonderful, Fernando is hilarious and generous. The atmosphere is welcoming and the food is delicious. I will continue to return. Thank all of you so much!

Although it opened almost 2 years ago, and I’ve lived in the area forever, we had never been here before. Let me tell you…….This place was fire!! So delicious!! I had the pork belly taco (BEST I’ve ever had!). We shared shrimp taquitos & my husband had enchiladas de pollo. He said they were so great!! Plates were delivered picture perfect and tasted just as perfect!! You gotta try this place if you haven’t yet. We are going to come back for TACO TUESDAY & bring our friends!! Can’t wait. Staff said they have DJs, Happy Hour & various specials throughout the week. We will be back & if you want good Mexican food, you should go tooooo!! Oh and gotta talk about Fernando (bartender/patio server) makes a mean Piña Colada!! Can’t wait to try his margaritas.
