Yogurtland Mission Viejo

The cashier tipped himself $5.50 for my sister's order and we didn't notice until we got home. He flipped the tablet to us and it did not show the total. We thought we could trust a cashier. I would not recommend coming here since they stole $5.50. We don't tip at these establishments since no service is provided. Based on other reviews, it looks like 2 cashiers do this so I would avoid this location entirely or double check your receipts before you leave.

Management has been emailed and called but so far, no responses.

Be careful out there! The cashier is tipping himself before flipping the tablet to you. I thought they finally got rid of tipping (you know, since we do all the work besides pushing buttons on the register) but nope, they just selected 20% without us realizing it. The tablet only showed "Please swipe/ tap here" without the total amount. We didn't realize until we got home when we reviewed the receipts.

My husband went in and got 5 bowls and the cashier didn’t give him his change $5 or more dollars. She just think she can just keep the money because he’s following our little children

Good but expensive.

Always a joy to enter this establishment for those occasional froyo cravings. It's always clean and the service is top-notch. The variety of flavors is never lacking and the toppings station is always clean and orderly. Would recommend 10 out of 10 times.

This is the best Yogurtland there is. The staff and the manager lady keep the place spotless, have never run out of anything, and customer service provided has always been amazing. The only one in Orange County where things are as they are supposed to be.

Good location and I always come here for their good frozen yogurt. Staffs were friendly and the place is clean.
