Honestly I used to like this place until the staff took a turn for the worst, I walked in there with my family and had the worst experience imaginable, the food was poorly constructed and was not what I ordered. When brought to the cashiers attention, an older lady, she threw a huge attitude and told us that that is what we ordered, a BYO, and the receipt seemed to be what she just wanted to put on there, clearly not what we wanted or ordered at all. How she handled the whole situation with us and the staff is just embarrassing for a grown woman but it is sadly a reality for her. No customer should be treated like this and this is not my first bad interaction with who I think is this same lady.
The company really needs to do better with who they hire because one employee has ruined it for us. Would like to return in the future to get my correct order but for the time being, will not be recommending this location to any friends or family.

Just had lunch today and was blown away by the service I received. Kaylee and everyone else in the shop made us feel beyond welcomed, I haven’t had good customer service like this in a very long time. The food was also amazing and very reasonably priced for lunch :)

We went to zpizza Mission Viejo this evening and truly had a fantastic experience. The food was great and the service was excellent. Jimmy, our cashier was a true gentlemen and Tati and Gabby made our pizza exactly the way we wanted with crispy base and plenty of toppings. Thank you Zpizza, we will be back :)

Better then the hb location , better manager ,easily seen, here in hb locals can get better , when we see a new manager we will return , since damaged food is just not an issue for this clown manager in Huntington Beach.. I'm sure the manager here is well experienced and can handle any issues

Mahan S completely unprofessional and embarrassing for delivery driver to give false feedback because of your mistake. How exactly is it our fault you waited 15 min when you chose to show up way early for your order. In your review you said it was empty but when you came into the store where there was another delivery driver PATIENTLY waiting ahead of you (which you saw). I told you that the cooks were making another order and gave you a rough estimate of when your order will be ready. You lied in your review and said the cooks were sitting down on their phone. We are a small business and don’t get a lot of orders for a long period of time some days and I was the only one on my phone and I’m a cashier so I apologize for that. You literally left the store twice and came back in and stood at the cash register like you were priority over everyone else watching Orlian making the order ahead of you and Luis was in the back washing dishes. You were rude to the cooks an IMPATIENT because you decided to show up early and we didn’t have your order ready. When did laughing and lightening the mood with my coworkers become bad thing? We have you on camera and time stamps of you getting your order within the allotted time frame of the actual delivery time and not (your) schedule. I think being a delivery driver isn’t for you and should really find a new passion. Occurred on Jun 4th 2024 at 8pm

I’m a delivery driver and when I went to go pick up the order the worker named “orlen” and the people who worked there with him were sitting down on their phones meanwhile there was a order for me to pick up they didn’t start making the order until 15 minutes after I arrived even tho there was nobody in the store(it wasn’t busy) this happened on Jun 4th 2024 at 8pm he was on his phone laughing like the other workers I think that the maneger needs to look for other people to hire they were very unprofessional
