My wife and I went in for late lunch / early dinner —- we sat at the host stand for almost 5 min before greeted and seated. We were about to just seat ourselves. The server was very inexperienced and forgot to order in the appetizers until after our meal showed up. Asked for water a few times - never got it. My second drink order took 10 min to get even though the bartender and the server were just chatting at bar. Food was sub par. Wife ordered bourbon steak and asked for med rare —- came out medium and the skillet was cold that it came out on. No manager was ever seen in the dining room to be able to talk to.

We were not greeted at the door timely. When we did sit down, took forever to get a waitress to approach us to take order. The food is ordinary and greasy. Now I know why I don’t care for chain restaurants.

My sisters and I just had appetizers and dinner here after a full day of shopping. A nice gentleman seated us. Danzik was our server, and he went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and wanted. The best customer experience I have been shown in months. Truly grateful for this experience.

What a great experience. We were given a table almost immediately. Our server, Kristin, was such a delight. Very attentive always smiling. Our food was hot and as usual delicious. Great job Applebee's
