I like this place. Very inexpensive Chinese and Japanese food. The California roll and the chicken Katsu and fried rice is really good! Also liked the Kung Pao Chicken.

Garlic chicken with Chow Mein and Crab Puffs. Crab puffs are Cream Cheese with a small dab of Imitation crab. Bad flavor and my Asian guest asked, what are these? Apparently back home the dish actually has CRAB in it. Management traded them for Vegetable Rolls, but nobody was impressed with that either. Chicken was ok, 4 out of 10. Nothing unique, but better than most Chinese fast food in the area. Sour stomachs afterwards.

If you have not stopped to eat there, you are missing out! From the crab wontons to the fried rice, sweet-and-sour chicken and the honey walnut shrimp were outstanding. I have been to some of the finest Chinese restaurants in Chinatown San Francisco and none of the food has ever tasted that good. We are not residents of Modesto, but we will definitely come back through just to have eat there Thank you for the wonderful meal, the affordable prices and the sweet waitress.

The staff is very nice and our order was done in 10 minutes. The food was hot and fresh. The strawberry tea is delicious..and the general chicken. They did forget our soda and egg rolls when we added the meal. But it's fine they were so nice consider it a tip.
