I miss Baja Fresh, the Black Salsa still does it for me. The Burrito I got was good too :) But it's all about the Salsa there for me. I wish there were more of these. Service at this location was excellent and they were super friendly.

Wow. Haven’t had Baja Fresh in quite sometime (not that I needed it lol) but stopped today because I was famished and boy this hit the spot. Walked in and was quickly greeted, order taken fast and prepared quick and fresh! Food was super hot and delicious. I would personally recommend their Molcajete salsa as it is tasty and has a good spice. Didn’t care for the mango, it was a bit too sweet for me but hey, if you need sweetness in your life hit it up, my wife says I’m sweet enough! (Geez what a dad joke!) Fatty me got the chips and guacamole too cuz who can turn down guacamole?! It was delish and the chips were great too. Just the right crunch.
Anyway, really impressed with Baja Fresh on Pelandale. Solid meal, fast courteous service, and a good price.
Sorry I ate half the guacamole before I took the picture. :)

I called in an order to pick up. Upon arriving, the same man I spoke to on the phone said they never got a call and I must’ve placed it at a different location. I called the same number to double check, and the same voice picked up denying that I ever called the location. I had the right location and he lied. The number was in my call history. I was a regular but absolutely never going back.

This place used to be the go to place for burritos. The Mexicana was great and it was about $9. All Uno mas restaurants are a franchise. The store in Modesto sucks but the one in San Jose is still going strong. So it's location location location location location I cannot recommend the one in Modesto there might be some other ones that are better but the one in Modesto just is no good
Tried a new item on the menu. It was good. I think it goes best with shrimp. So that will be my next try. My usual is the veggie bowl with black beans. That's great. Or chicken taquitos. The queso and guacamole is my go to. Always need something to crunch on.

Haven't had their food in years thought it he a good place to take my other and the burritos were mainly filled w rice with a little meat bad experience will not be returning.

Went to the Pelendale location as we always do. We got our usual burritos. The girl repeated our order back perfectly but when we got our food there was not two sides of avocado like ordered and payed for. But the customer service was friendly. The food didn't take long either. Also it seems the company is cutting corners on the mango salsa since it wasn't as good as usual. FYI; the mango salsa is the only reason we ever go to Baja Fresh.
Parking: Enough parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: It seemed to be accessible.

The employees of this restaurant are incredible. So friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. However, there was NO air conditioning. It is over 100 degrees and there was no AC. It was extremely uncomfortable to eat in a sauna. Not to mention the amazing employees you have here sweating to death over hot grills because the owner won’t pay for air conditioning. This has to be violating some type of OSHA law as it was well over 90 degrees in the restaurant. I will be reaching out to OSHA as well for these poor employees. They still had the best attitudes in horrific working conditions.
