$11 for three scoops and the flavors are good. Customer service was friendly, patient and answered all questions with great care. It was very quiet, easy to talk. Clean and very cold.

Well if possible, stay away from this Baskin Robbins on Mc Henry as I never in my life had good luck with this one, and I've been here since 1972. I think they have a bunch of high school kids coming through and thus a high turn over and pure crappy service. Again I go in and order what I ordered and small proportion, not even made properly. Don't like bad mouthing people, but stay away from this one there are many others in Modesto to go to If you really want a good Baskin-Robbins, the one in Riverbank is Awesome.

Not nice people working here:( so blah and unfriendly) delicious ice cream though. And, it’s not clean in here either. The tables and windows are dirty. :0 not too good

The cappuccino blast was stellar, but the service was not. Our cashier had virtually no personality and the tables were filthy on the edges. Overall the delicacies were phenomenal as always, but service always leaves more to be desired, as well as restaurant cleanliness.

Today I went to buy two Royal Bananas for my daughters, and the snowballs were smaller than usual. I’m a regular customer, so I noticed that detail. When my daughter clearly told her she wanted caramel as her topping, she repeated it three times with a mocking attitude. Because of the lady's attitude, my daughter didn’t want to ask her for anything else. When she put the whipped cream on top, she didn’t even check if both were the same (They have almost no whipped cream in the ice creams) . I asked if she could put a bit more on mine because it had less than the other, and she angrily told me 'there’s an extra charge.' I had to respond by asking if she could at least match the amount of the other ice cream, and she did it reluctantly, even mockingly. This isn’t the first time I’ve been here, but it’s the first time I’ve felt treated this way. I didn’t feel like eating my ice cream there, so I left. They should improve their customer service. If she had to leave soon or something, she should know that she’s on the clock and needs to treat others well.
