Last night I went with my son to buy ice cream, the staff, in particular a man with a beard, served the ice cream to my son and he didn't even wash his hands and was clutching his neck with his beard and with long and dirty nails, everything unsanitary, yes they were cordial but zero hygiene, I simply will not return to that place

I love basking robins but the people here are so rude. The lady with glasses doesn’t know what she’s doing and when I asked for a fresh packed pint of ice cream she barely put any in the tub. It also had other flavors mixed in. It’s dirty there if I were you I’d go to a different Baskin-Robbins in

Monica, Alba, and Arcelia were wonderful help. Customer service was beyond my expectations. Honestly, they saved the day for my grandpas 80th birthday cake. They recommended ideas for cake decor and helped more than I expected.

Expensive ice creams. They are not good tasting. The dirty and messy place. Bad attention. There is plenty of parking but the location is not well located. It's not pleasant at all to go try ice cream. The place is ugly. I do not recommend it and we will not return.
Horrible service ever!! Called in an order on Friday to be ready for Sunday. I call and my order is no where to be found. I am driving all around Modesto to find which one I placed my order with because they told me it wasn’t with them. I call again after driving around for an hour and they finally find the cake under my name. They told me they can’t have it ready for another couple hours and that i still need to pay full price for the cake. Never will I order here again , DO NOT RECOMMEND.
