Last night I went with my son to buy ice cream, the staff, in particular a man with a beard, served the ice cream to my son and he didn't even wash his hands and was clutching his neck with his beard and with long and dirty nails, everything unsanitary, yes they were cordial but zero hygiene, I simply will not return to that place

Arcelia hands down best customer service 10/10 best artist too she made my turkey cake perfect ughh chef kiss💋!!! However the brunette girl with bangs and braces is rude I was asking her a question and she ignore me when she even look at me asking her a question!! Maybe she had a bad day today hope she does better in the future

I love basking robins but the people here are so rude. The lady with glasses doesn’t know what she’s doing and when I asked for a fresh packed pint of ice cream she barely put any in the tub. It also had other flavors mixed in. It’s dirty there if I were you I’d go to a different Baskin-Robbins in

Expensive ice creams. They are not good tasting. The dirty and messy place. Bad attention. There is plenty of parking but the location is not well located. It's not pleasant at all to go try ice cream. The place is ugly. I do not recommend it and we will not return.
