Horrible service ever!! Called in an order on Friday to be ready for Sunday. I call and my order is no where to be found. I am driving all around Modesto to find which one I placed my order with because they told me it wasn’t with them. I call again after driving around for an hour and they finally find the cake under my name. They told me they can’t have it ready for another couple hours and that i still need to pay full price for the cake. Never will I order here again , DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Shout out to Lola who was very nice and accomplished our order quickly and very well! We went in with a big order for our family, in-between 2 other families with big orders and she was still very nice and professional and made our order perfectly. Good job!

Me and my friend came to get some ice cream and we saw that there was a lady that looked like she had been waiting for a while. I heard her say she wanted to order a banana split , so the worker kept goin in circles "looking" for a knife to cut the banana. girl probably did 5 circles and still no knife, the lady ended up leaving . honestly this place is a*** when you walk in its empty. the workers are hiding in the back one time I waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order. just dont come here honestly go to another baskin robbins, the workers here clearly want a check yet they dont work for it.
Ordered a banana royale and was done in a small cup like wft went back and the girl said it's still the same thing no tf is not a 2 scoop cup doesn't have room for the banana which means I was less than what I paid for

I had a very enjoyable experience here this evening. The workers were very nice and polite. When I left they even said good-night. I ordered the Carmel cappuccino ice cream shake. The young girl made it look so spectacular. Carmel swirls whip cream topping even. There was ample distancing between the tables and absolutely no pressure to hurry. Thank you McHenry Baskin Robin.

So glad I listened to my wife and made the impromptu stop for a sweet treat. Ramy took our order, he was welcoming, conversational, and really friendly. We mentioned that we were ordering milkshakes for our kids. Noticing we didn't have our offspring with us, Ramy asked if they were in the car or if we'd be taking the milkshakes home. We told him we were taking them home and he quickly responded that he'd make the milkshakes extra thick so they'd still be good by the time the kids took their first sip. My wife noted how thoughtful that was of him and appreciated his excellent customer service. We were also pleased to hear samples are back!
