Ordered over the phone girl was super rude even when I said thank you she said yep when I picked up my order maneger was rude when I told her about her employee very rude she even told me if I didn’t like service to go to a different Baskin-Robbins

Ordered through doordash. I must say the ice cream was packed it's wonderfully and they included cones so we could dump the cup into the cone and make a lovely cone. The ice cream arrived still cold and Frozen. However, two of the pieces in our order we requested additional dry toppings, and these weren't included. Now when you order through doordash there is always a premium, and that's for convenience. But, if you're a store that people can go to and pick the items up, we will remember poor customer service such as this. I tried to get compensation for the missing toppings and doordash wouldn't do it due to policy so on top of my $25 worth of ice cream they managed to swipe an extra four bucks for toppings. I get it, there can be oversights... But that's very disappointing. Do better.

Its 10.26pm Google says they close at 10.30pm we walked in as the door is unlocked and sign is lit OPEN the the 2 women that where on there phone told us that they are closed. Whats with that??
