This location is the worst because of the short big girl. She's been there for a while, but her attitude is the worst. I don't if she hates her job or life, but she's rude and so stingy with the portions as well as sloppy. You cant convince me the little amount she gives is what it's suppose to be. She slams the lids to the ice case. She's very much just an ugly bad vibe to what's suppose to be a fun treat. Most bad reviews about bad customer service are because of her.

I love basking robbins! But this location has horrible customer service. My husband went in to get us ice cream they didn't tell him hold on we will be right with you just completely ignored him while they were filing probably a to go order. Now when we got our 2 scoop Sundays they were extremely small it looked like a 1 scoop Sunday. This location needs to better train their employees!

I went to buy a kids scoop in a separate cup, I bought 2 regular scoops and took a purchase coupon, 1 gets another one for 99 cents, I was supposed to pay for one of my regular scoops and the other for 99 cents but the cashier told me I couldn't use that coupon because it was a double scoop, seriously, it's the dumbest thing I've ever heard, I'm bringing you 2 tablespoons of icecream, one has to cost me 99 cents, what difference does it make if I get them separately, it's the same omg terrible service horrible you have to use common sense
