I love basking robbins! But this location has horrible customer service. My husband went in to get us ice cream they didn't tell him hold on we will be right with you just completely ignored him while they were filing probably a to go order. Now when we got our 2 scoop Sundays they were extremely small it looked like a 1 scoop Sunday. This location needs to better train their employees!

I went to buy a kids scoop in a separate cup, I bought 2 regular scoops and took a purchase coupon, 1 gets another one for 99 cents, I was supposed to pay for one of my regular scoops and the other for 99 cents but the cashier told me I couldn't use that coupon because it was a double scoop, seriously, it's the dumbest thing I've ever heard, I'm bringing you 2 tablespoons of icecream, one has to cost me 99 cents, what difference does it make if I get them separately, it's the same omg terrible service horrible you have to use common sense

I have never had to ask for more hot fudge. And my cup wasn't even filled completely. When I asked for more fudge she looked offended.

Very un happy. Just ordered ice cream. Bought 3 different kinds. One happen to be a brownie sundae. I guess they ran out of hot fudge i got a drop of it. Instead of the girl asking what other wet topping i would like she just loaded it with whip cream. I should of know something was wrong when the other girl went to look but again nothing said to me that they were out. I guess they didnt want to fill it up. I even tipped ughhh

Went in for a gift card, they said they only accept cash for gift cards and couldn’t even take a debit card?
On June 23 on a Thursday at 4:15 PM they have the most rude Customer Service. definitely not trained properly to deal with the public Communication ..And they also are very rude over the phone… This place needs to be shut down and replace all new trained employees

Sad customer service.Gave my family the wrong ice cream. Only gave me a $1 discount for there mistake. I couldn't replace it because they had close already. I like the one on McHenry better. Most places would've replaced my purchase with a free one or at least half.
