BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

We had a great time & experience. Our server Laura was amazing! She explained the specials, she was very attentive and refilled our drinks without being asked. The food was great and reasonably priced. Excellent customer service!!!! Thank you Laura and team for the fantastic experience!!

We had a reservation for six and the hostesses were on it and we were seated just a few minutes after. They didn't have enough menus but they did get us menus about 5 minutes in. Then, not one person came to our table to say hello or do drinks or anything. After 35 minutes of zero contact, we asked a hostess if we could please get a server, 10 minutes later we flagged down a server and she was great, Jaqueline stopped what she was doing and right there took our order. Eventually one of the hostesses brought by the general manager, who apologized and told us he'd try to get things going. Our appetizer still arrived before any drinks (75 minutes into being seated). When we eventually got drinks, a few at a time here and there, we were a party of 7, we also eventually got food, which came in varying degrees of incomplete. Missing veggies from steak ( we found out close to 8:00 after we had nearly finished eating ) they were out of Brussels sprouts. My 80 year old mother was also told at one point that they didn't have Mahi Mahi for tacos, after she'd ordered it 90 minutes prior and half of us were eating it done. My daughter's salad was incorrect upon arrival and the correct version showed up at nearly 8 pm. Our server was kind and on the run ( she had many other tables), she brought soup to my mom who was very hungry after nearly two hours and they did eventually give us cookies to make up for it and comped the missing and delayed items( the tacos which were not Mahi Mahi, the missing vegetables and the salad we didn't think we'd ever see) it was abundantly clear that this was a case of poor oversight and management, bussers, servers and kitchen were clearly hustling, and could we suspect this may have been prevented by a manager who'd been on the floor all night making sure everyone ( staff wise) had what they needed. It was a long meal and it's a good thing we were in good spirits overall. We will go somewhere else next time though.

Had made a 12:30 pm reservation on a Tuesday for a party of 4. Even though there were empty tables we had to wait. Server tried really hard but was overwhelmed. They seemed to be understaffed. We ordered 3 soft drinks and a draught beer. We had to ask for the beer again because it never came. Overall, okay but not an experience that would make me want to return.

Food was good but the only complaint that it took a long time to get food and then it wasn't all delivered at the same time. My niece and sister had to wait for another 5 minutes to get their food

They were very accommodating for our party of 11. The first table was too small for all of us to sit and eat comfortably. So they immediately sat us at a bigger table with no issue. So happy for that. And our waitress was absolutely wonderful Victoria was very attentive to us all and very helpful in helping everyone with their orders. And the food was delicious and everyone's order was perfect. We will definitely be going back and asking to sit In Victoria's section. She's the best!!! Vicki

Our server was super attentive - a little disappointed that they were out of Prime Rib but alternative was decent. Food came as ordered, pace of meal was good and atmosphere was pleasant.

never got refills, barley got checked up in, took 40 mins to get our pizookie and another half hour to get our check after she said she would be right back

We had to wait almost 2 hours after our reservation time to be seated. It was super busy. We would have left but my it was my sons bday and all he wanted was the Dubai pazookie. So we patiently waited. Any other time I would have just left. Our server was also busy with other tables. She did acknowledge us. Then waited another 10 minutes for her to take our drink order. We ended up just placing our food order at the same time as drinks, because who knows how long it would have to took her to come back and take our order.

Our server might have been over seated but he was good when he helped us but not around enough.

I enjoy the ambiance; however, service was excessively slow this and my previous experience. I don't blame the server. I believe how they scheduel food in the kitchen is the problem. The food was served warm rather than hot, when it came. Me earlier experiences were much better. Our server was excellent. I'm afraid she's at the mercy of how the kitchen is organized.

Went to BJ’s the other night and had a great time. The food hit the spot (the deep dish pizza was super good) and the Pizookie is always a must — can’t leave without it. Our server was nice and kept checking in, even though it was busy. Drinks were solid too. Overall, it’s just a chill spot to eat good food and hang out with friends.

They were great and really respectful as to what we should get because it was my first time there and they really worked around why i should get because i'm a picky eater and they were so nice and really understandable as to what to get and the experience was so great i really recommend to go here 10/10
