Love the beer club, great deal if you like beer and pizza! Our go-to pizza is the Sweet Pig. Always great service except this time, I assumed the server was new, I think she could have been better trained, she had no idea about the beer club, served us the Pizookiie without utensils, etc. Overall BJs is always a favorite place for us.

i had reservations at 4:30 pm our food arrived at 5:20 pm I received the wrong item. They offered to remake it but i did not want to wait any longer. The other 2 people in my party had food and i did not want them to wait,

The server was nice but I must of gone in a bad day at the wrong time. Placed our drinks first thing when me and my friends got there and we didn't get our drinks until towards the end of our dinner our waiter apologized and served me and my friends water. Don't know if they were low on staff at the bar but I don't think I will Be going back anytime soon.

Lauren was out server and there are no words to put on the excellent service she provided us. We are avid "foodies" and frequent many restaurants and she by far surpasses the service we have received elsewhere. It wasn't JUST the food but the way she carried a conversation and joked mildly with us. It was almost like she was sitting right with us joining the meal! It's rare to find excellent service and wonderful food simultaneously. Normally one outweighs the other, but in this instance she hit it out of the park! She's a keeper and is a well spoken for young lady who operates gracefully. The pleasure was really ours tonight even though she said it was hers. Lauren was amazing!!!
