Food was cold and not sautéed. Pizza was undercooked , and penned pasta was chewy , whole experience was not good and I spent 70 dollars . Not happy and neither was my family.

I order the classic fettuccine Alfredo, and I added 6 shrimp, and a drink my total was a little under $20. I knew it was fresh to order, cause it came out hot, and you had to wait a few minutes. The sauce was authentic yummy!!

I don't have a whole lot to say about the atmosphere. It's a food truck. Service was general service. Food preparation took a minute as I'd imagine it takes to cook almost all Italian dishes. Here's the kicker though. I ordered a chicken parmigiana plate, and the chicken was undercooked. Very rubbery and unappetizing. I had to finish cooking it at home. Not paying that much for undercooked chicken again.
Finally something different! An Italian Food Truck. Just have to say this place is definitely a regular go to spot, in my lunch-time lineup. Fettuccine alfredo w/ grilled chicken, Kathy's Fave, Chicken Marsala are all 1st string starters on my team. Still need to build my team by scouting their menu some more. They're definitely All Pros. Keep up the good work.

I ordered the chicken parm. This is not Italian food it's disgusting, 2 steps below olive garden. I took one bite of the chicken one bite of the pasta and one bite of the bread but I spit the bread out horrible food

I highly recommend Braulio's Italian food. It has become my favorite food truck in the Modesto Area. Specially, because they go out of their way to make your day :) The flavor of their pasta, the texture, the smell, the taste it, is just AMAZING!!!!. The pizza sauce has a great taste as well. If you haven't tried Braulio's Bistro, what are you waiting for? lol
