Cutest little hole in the wall I've ever seen! Great menu selection, sandwiches can be made vegan just remove meat , cheese and mayo. We got the Annie and Judee , made vegan, with chips and a drink - came out $18. Very yummy!

Got the bobby q and a couple of drinks. Food is incredibly cheap, but that quality is still amazing. The staff was very friendly and I can definitely see myself becoming a regular here. The scenery both inside and the back patio is absolutely gorgeous and could see people coming simply to take photos here. Overall a great experience and I will be back.

Honestly the BEST place in Modesto hands down!! My favorite is the Charlie, but every sandwich is good! Today, I got a cup of Minestrone to go with my sandwich and I was not disappointed! So much flavor! The service is top notch and Pumpkin is a delight! You definitely can't bet the price!!

The Erin(egg salad) is probably the best I've ever had!! There is a kitty the roams around but don't freak out, it won't bother you. It is cash only but if you forget there is a Wells Fargo across the street. I've been going here for years on and off. Seriously great food and great customer service! I always ask myself after I eat why did I wait so long to cone back ?

Was in the mood for sandwiches and decided to give Brighter side a try. Very cute and timey establishment with polite customer service. Food came out fast, we got The Dean and the Skye sandwiches. Both were very good and decently priced. They also have unique bottled sodas and chips. Cash only business.
