This place I wanted to like and did like for a while until they angered me time and time again when they just stopped putting Buffalo Sauce on the Buffalo chicken sandwich entirely all together although it was clearly specified time and time again that I wanted Buffalo sauce on the Buffalo chicken sandwich. Nothing stating or indicating that I didn't. I'm not sure why anyone would order a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and not want Buffalo sauce on it...
Towards the end when they didn't forget entirely they put just a very small amount on it also which was better but still lame.
I'm getting real tired of places in general that do this kind of thing regularly dropping the ball and leaving out key items, sauces or ingredients and its not limited to just these guys.
Its commonly the key thing that makes the item great or that you ordered it specifically for and were craving specifically that these places tend to leave out.
All these restaurants want to charge a $25 dollar minimum for the same thing that only a few years ago used to cost $7 and sure inflation and all but with that steep price increase you better at least make sure you make the order right.
Stop NOT putting Buffalo Sauce on Buffalo chicken sandwiches. When you are a restaurant that is based around Buffalo Sauce and Buffalo Wings specifically.
Maybe just make a separate menu item called just a Chicken sandwich for people who I guess don't want Buffalo sauce on a Buffalo chicken sandwich when they order one from a place that specialized in Buffalo wings and Buffalo sauce if that is even a common thing?
If I wanted a regular chicken sandwich without Buffalo sauce I would have just maybe got one from Chick-Fil-A or Popeyes or something like that.
I started regularly checking to make sure they didn't forget the Buffalo Sauce but now I'm just over it. They also forgot the bacon the other day on it, another thing that made it great also and I'm just over it.

When it comes to fast food, I usually try to eat at a location a couple of times before leaving a review.
I've eaten here on three separate occasions and each time has been relatively similar across the board.
The food quality is consistent, though I can't say that's a good thing in this case. The chicken is dry and either under-seasoned or extremely over-seasoned. The texture isn't exactly pleasant for me, I prefer a nice crunch to the breading but that's never the case. The chicken is usually soggy and the breading is wet. I'll attribute this to the packaging they're using for take-out, but it's no excuse and should be addressed immediately if they plan on continue to offer delivery/take-out options.
The fries... are just plain gross!
I live relatively close, so I'll give them a few months to improve and give'em a try again.

Wings & Rings provided an excellent dining experience. The wings were well-seasoned, cooked to perfection, and served promptly. The staff was courteous, the restaurant was clean, and the overall service was impressive. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for quality food and reliable service.

Been going to this place for years but over the last year this places quality of food has been going downhill. A 20 piece boneless chicken wings is over $40 with tax. Ordered boneless smokehouse bbq and my dad and I stopped eating them about 2-3 wings in because the chicken was so dried out, chewy, and old tasting we spit out the wings in our mouths and threw the remaining 16 boneless wings away. We will be going to Wing Stop from now on.

Wing were delicious. Chicken cooked through. Sauces were saucin. Onion rings were crispy and flavorful. Tap water is not it. Atmosphere was great. Games on the TVs. Definitely recommend 👌🏼

This was our first time at this restaurant. We came at around 6:40 pm. Didn’t get seated until about 7:30 and some bigger groups had come after us and got seated before us because the girl up front didn’t write our name down so we were waiting for NOTHING. We let that slide and got seated with menus. 30 minutes passed by and not a single person came to get our drink orders or food orders even though the waiters/waitresses were passing by our table multiple times. Our biggest mistake was not leaving and going somewhere else right then and there but we were hungry and had waited long enough. We had to flag down a waiter to get some attention to our table. The waiter, Luis, was great! He gave us fries on the house to make up for it but we had already waited long enough by then. The food took a while to come and wasn’t the best. The quality wasn’t that great. The boneless buffalo wings were gross. Hawaiian wings and honey hot wings were mid. And the Parmesan fries were dry, overcooked, and sad. The onion rings, nachos, smokehouse wings and the kindness of Luis are the only reasons this place is getting 2 stars and not a one star. We won’t be back. Very disappointed as this place was highly recommended by lots of people.
Short, staffed long wait time.

We arrived before other people and they gave us a toast. It was a bald guy with a beard, arrogant, and I felt he was racist because we were Latino.
