I placed an order for wings online about 4:30 PM. I completed the order went to select delivery turns out they don’t deliver. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong. I called the location. Excuse was that their location doesn’t deliver and neither do any of the ones in Modesto But all the other franchises do which I thought was a little bit ridiculous and then proceeded to place the order online and I signed up for the rewards which offered me a coupon which I tried to use at check out, and it said it did not qualify for my order so I called the location once again, and spoke to the same person which I found out was the manager, and she explained to me that that coupon does not work Online only in person or for carryout I asked if I Could place the over over the phone and give her the code once I arrive and she said yes I placed the order I show up to pick up my order. My order is wrong. There are maybe four people sitting in this establishment. It is now 5:20 PM. My re-order is complete and guess what it’s wrong again it is now 5:52 PM and I’m driving back home. I’m all for people making mistakes and not being perfect but the lack of customer service and the lack of poor management is ridiculous. I’m not sure if she really was the manager, but I sure hope not. I just moved out here and based on the reviews, I read it seemed like a good place to come eat. The food tasted good, but I will not be back due to service.

The boneless wings are massive and amazing. I recommend the Sweat Thai Chili. I wanted to lick the plate. The garlic aoli fries were also amazing. Can't wait to eat here again!

Family and I were seated (after a 30-45min wait, no biggie). We waited over 25 minutes a drink order wasn't taken, nor were we even greeted by the waiter. while others that arrived after us (in bigger groups too) were being helped before. We got up and left, very disappointing.

I came here like 8+ years ago and never been back ,I didn’t have the greatest experience ,decided to give it a try again and this time I was very happy with the results ,this week I’ve been on a wing frenzy and decided to try all the hot spots ,I got to say wings and rings and one other place would be my top two go places for wings ,and it’s definitely not wing stop ( way over rated ) .. thank you to mannie ( manager ) and their other employee Maddie for helping me with an issue I had with door dash that was my fault and they still went the extra mile to take care of me and make to right when door dash couldn’t ,this will be a place I’ll gladly recommend now for wings
Wings were undercooked with blood pink bones. Flavors aren’t the best tasting. Waitress was friendly and food came out fast. Fried pickles were over fried.
Huge wings. Recommended the ghost pepper ranch. It's decently hot but nothing that will make a pepper head quit.
It is really good food. Quality speed and portion sizes are well done. The fries were dang good too, perfect with chicken wings! And their blue cheese is on another level. Literally the best I've ever had.
