I ordered with the mobile app. I went to the store about 5 minutes after I ordered. I had no problem at the at the speaker. I got to the second window and waited for 6 minutes. I ordered a standard whopper. The counter person was chit chatting with a coworker. I wouldn't be coming back

I went on Wednesday afternoon with my friend to go get something to eat not only did they get my order completely wrong but on top of that both of us got FOOD POISING FROM THIS PLACE ! We’ve been sick for three days straight since we went to eat here and are still pretty sick . There we only two girls that day and as well did not seem to happy to be working there don’t work at fast food places if you don’t have the mindset nor the correct attitude.

My kids went to Burger King at 8:30 Halloween night were waiting for me to pick them up there I told them to wait there short heavy set guy manager kicked them out and locked lobby up so early that night making it unsafe for my kids left them outside he is extremely aggressive with a ugly attitude and non professional needs to be fired for closing early !!!!! They always close early at night and there service sucks

Drive thru order. Whopper was made horribly, messy and squish down had everything I asked not to have in it. Ordered 2 orders of chicken fries wasn’t asked how many pieces for both orders. Chicken sandwich also made messy and slapped together as well. Fries weren’t hot. Drinks weren’t served had to go all the way back to the restaurant for all their mistakes. Employees weren’t friendly, nothing like how this Burger King use to be with higher expectations.

You really need to update your weekend hours, If I had a meeting today I would've showed up with out the food I promised cause you're showing false hours, foods good people are good but this is an issue.

10:25pm: Burger King open until 11:00pm every night. One car at the drive thru window getting when we pulled into parking lot. Get up to the drive thru menu and speaker and no one ever greets us to take our order. Honked once, drove up to the window. It was obvious they weren't closed. The counters were still dirty and melting ice around the soda machine.
All I wanted was a bag of ice. Their prices have doubled, because these people need to make $20 per hour, but the service is getting worse.
PS. Not the first time this has happened here.
