No question one of the best Burger King restaurants in California!! I happened across this Burger King a few months ago on my way from shopping. I have been through the drive through about 7 - 10 times since, and every single time, every time, the food has been perfect!!! I always order with changes, and every time the food is exactly as ordered. The food is always hot. The fries are always fresh and fantastic! The staff are always polite, happy, and obviously care to get the order exactly as ordered. I'm not sure who is managing this spot, or who is doing the hiring, but who ever it is, Do Not let them go!! The staff is fantastic! I know that Burger king is considered "fast food", but honestly, this particular Burger king does not at all come across that way. I can not say enough about the consistency here!! 5 stars across the board!!

It was my first time ordering on the screen, and I don't purchase alot of burger places and in like spicy burgers and BURGER KING NEEDS TO UPDATE ON IT BC THE SPICY BURGER is not that spicy for me.

STOP SCAMMERS! They display one price on the menu board, but then charge a different price at the window. When you ask for a refund for the difference, they tell you to leave and offer nothing.

Every time I come here they are out of beef , then today they charged me $37 for to whoppers and when I got home and I opened it it literally had only mayo and like two pieces of onion .. no tomato no cheese … my mom opened her burger and the same thing .. I called to let them know that for the future they should make sure who ever is making them pays attention because that’s not even worth why I paid for and they were just like “ alright …..” bunch of youngsters working there . Def recommend another location besides this one

The old lady, assuming a manager, was crabby. They didn't have half of the stuff on the menu, and you didn't know even when you paid that it wasn't available, because of automation instead of people. Thank God for $20/hr. The young girl was doing great, helped with a smile.

They were out of Ketchup and they said they could give me some from the back. What kind of business runs out of Ketchup and won't provide it from the back where they cook. Personal was also unfriendly and a bit rude.

This location is always running out of something. When they have whatever it is you are ordering, it's adequate but it rarely goes smoothly. Go with low expectations of being limited in what you can order and you'll leave happy.

I wait 45 mnts for 2 hamburgers. Only 1 person doing all the orders, drive thru and inside. Manager just watching not helping and just looking all peolple standing inside plus the drive thru. Bad experience.

Time on google keep saying They are open till 12 AM which is a lie. I have went already many times and it's closed. Open sign is still on, but nobody is servicing the speaker or window.
Horrible service by the shift manager. She was too busy on her cell phone (in the kitchen area) to even greet us or take our order. The girl working the drive thru seem to be doing everything and was helpful. No napkins given to us when order finally came (the shift manager gave us our food), when I asked for some napkins politely the shift manager ignored me and muttered something under her breath. Once again, the girl working the drive thru was helpful and gave me what I needed. Outside of her, this was a horrible experience. I'd never comeback to this failing business.

For two people $33 and the food was horrible french fries taste like they're old the hamburger was horrible and they put tons of mayonnaise on it the people that work here need to be all fired they work really slow they are in no rush remember they get paid 20 bucks an hour now and they still screw up your order I will never going to this place ever again unless they get new employees
