They might as well make this a drive thru only location. I seen about 3 or 4 orders go out to the drive thru before I got mine. They are understaffed here. I waited about 10 minutes at the register and about 15 more to get my order. I don't recommend dine in here at this location.

I came to eat with my family and i asked for chicken nuggets and i gave her the money and she had red hair she said she was the manager and she started touching my food without gloves and i asked her if she could put some on and she told me she was not gonna put gloves on and too get my money and

Took my son for a burger and fries. We waited for a good 10 minutes to order though we were the only people in line. There were only 2 employees working. One cooking and the other handling the counter and the drive thru window. There was no acknowledgement for 10 minutes then we were told: I'll be with you as soon as I can from the harried woman. She was overwhelmed. We went to get a diet coke, I am Diabetic. No diet coke. The machine was out. So I paid for a combo with water. My son needed to use the restroom. The overworked woman had to let him in. Only one restroom was available. No smiles. No welcome. Poor service. All the tables were dirty. Yet the woman got herself a soda and chatted with the cook. No one wants to go somewhere they aren't welcome or cared for.

Crew took 20 minutes to complete my order of a wopper meal. They spend all their time talking and laughing amongst one another. They do not recognize a eat in customer as they enter the counter area. WORST BURGER KING I HAVE EVER EATEN AT. I do not recommend anyone to eat at this Ceres sight!

Person taking order at the front was not welcoming, no smile. Handed over 3 whopper meals with 3 cups for drink where one cup was used by someone as it had lipstick on it. She handed over another cup. Also, they did not include any condiment, no straw no napkins. They keep everything behind a counter. Had to make multiple trips to the front to ask for these items. For 3 meals ordered they only gave 1 ketchup and 1 ranch, no mayo. Wanted to charge .27c for each additional. The place was empty on a Saturday ., noon. Place could use some cleaning and dusting. I don’t think I am coming back here again. It felt like they did not want the business. Disappointing and sad.

I came to get 3 chicken sandwiches and when I got them no lettuce on them I go back and ask what happened they say we don't have any lettuce can't you read the sign? I was like ?, how rude they should have said something when I ordered. Won't come back. ?

As an ELITE REVIEWER ON HERE, WOW don’t COME HERE!!!(U want a delicious burger and fries , go to super burger off whitmore and central. Or take the drive to Turlock to Burger time!! Best burgers hands down and delicious restaurant style onion rings!! I did after this bad experience)now onto the review: Im so glad I went inside to pick up my mobile order BECAUSE TRUST MY REVIEW WHEN I SAY, …THIS PLACE and the people working here IS/ARE DISGUSTING!!!!(Standing at the counter for over 5 min waiting to be asked something or even a “Well be right with you.” But nothing, I only observed what they were doing and I can tell you that I DIDNT TAKe my food and gave it back to them!One guy at the drive thru window, young kid, thick pair of glasses, mexican named carlos constantly touched his nose and his face, not wearing gloves and went to make a couple of the orders and put fries and nuggets in the oil. Another lady in back making the food wasn’t wearing gloves or anything (looks like a smoker) and was coughing as she was making the food. Another short guy , went to freezer to get more and he dropped one and picked it up from the floor and put it back on the grill. He saw me look at him and he pretended to brush it off. The other lady named Clarissa was the shift manager she said as I asked for a “manager” and I complained to her and she became defensive (what a surprise) and said “their busy making orders and couldn’t help me”. I decided not to take my order and this is my 1st step and then an email or call to corporate for that Kids Carlos bad behavior aggressive behavior as he admitted “he didn’t care about his job and is taking anger classes.” Lol and he’s working there? Lol corporate I go and I’ll never eat at ANY Burger King IN MY LIFE!
