Bad service. This is how they make their burgers at this location. Clearly can tell the employees don't want to be of best service. But that ain't the customers fault. Was asking for sauces at the window. Dude seen me through the closed window, but didn't acknowledge me. He had to have the tall girl give me the sauces.

This Burger King location is the worst location in the entire planet! I don't even know why I keep coming back to it. I guess it's because I'd like to believe that they'll hire new employees that know how to do their job. About 95% of the time, my order is wrong. There's missing items or incorrect times. I never get the sauces I request. Also, the amount of times they run out of food items is insane! They have a tendency to run out of ice too. If you order something and their response is, "Sorry we're out of that item", then just leave. If you decide on another item, the chances are, they don't have anymore of that item either. The chicken fries are extremely thin, dry and hard. The whopper is always made sloppy. When you open the wrapper the meat, lettuce and tomatoes are spilling over the the bun. The fries are a hit and miss. Sometimes they are crunchy and good (if they're not using old oil), but most of the time it's soggy & has a nasty, stale taste to them. The only thing that is actually good, is the sweet ice tea; that's only if they have ice.

This is the worst Burger King. Stay away, don't even waste your time here. The customer service is incredibly rude. I waited for more than 15 minutes at the window to pick up my drive-thru order before they even acknowledge that I was sitting there. They were standing on the other side of the glass and never opened the window until they were ready to hand me my order. Then I looked at the order and realized the was no toy in the kids hamburger meal or a drink. They said they have no apple juice, then that they have no toys, yet they could not refund my money or would not refund my money or make it right. I said okay no toys give the ice cream that that it says on the menu they will give in place of the toy. Wait, they don't have any ice cream either. The manager came so the window and she was so rude. She said the store owner will not order kids meal toys any longer because they are too expensive. They wanted me to accept a paper hat as the kids meal toy. What a joke. They stole my money with their false advertisement and wouldn't refund it

The employees are nice here. They made a little mistake where they accidentally charged us for more burgers than we wanted, but it's all good. They gave us a refund and corrected the mistake.

The staff gave me the wrong order and when I got home and I checked and then I call and they said bring it back I live very far and when I brought back and they are not accepting that’s one and the staff used bad behavior and they didn’t gave me full meals I have bad experience this is my first and last visit

This is the worst Burger King that I have ever went too. The past two times that I went too they got my orders wrong plus they are always out of something they never have ketchup at a certain time at night they are "out of chicken items" it's honestly ridiculous. I worked at a Burger King for almost 2 years as a closer I know BS when I hear it and they are full of it. For example Last night I ordered two double stackers and when I check the food it's literally cheeseburgers with a bunch of Mayo on it. The managers really need to check there employees or something or hire a whole new crew because that place is sorry.

LOVE The Whopper! Flame broiled~! to perfection! Service: Great. Atmosphere: what can ya say, I mean, it's Burger King. Price? Well, yeea ah,... it's getting a little out of my comfort zone. The 2 for $5.- became the 2 for $6.- became the 2 for $7.- ...and now they're pretty strict about ONE for $7.- ??? What's that all about. You don't even do a 2 for $8.-? Well, yeah, I suppose going from a 2 for $5.- to a 2 for $8 in just 4 years would seem a bit excessive. So think about that ;?)

*Note*Upon visiting this Burger King:They had no drink refills. I asked them for a refill, since the self-serve machine had a "temporarily closed" sticker on, and I was told that they didn't offer drink refills.The food was cold. The employee we dealt with also wasn't the friendliest. They had limited drink offerings as well.

Too much stuff out of stock - the self serve soda machine was broken, no chicken nuggets or sauce. And employees were grumpy and unhelpful.
