I come here a lot because I live down the street and the food is always great! I always wanted to leave a review but there’s a guy in the drive through super rude. But now there’s DALETH!!! She’s so nice! You guys need to pay her more a keep her!!

Food (BYOB) was ordered through app… once I arrived, I was told the order didn’t go through. Although confirmation number and payment was shown, it was not honored. I did it again and will need to speak to my bank about the first payment. After that, order was made super quickly (probably because it was already premade). Went home, food was semi-warm, and noticed I was missing a waffle fry. I called 11 times and no answer (pic attached) 😤 5 small star nuggets and 2 waffle fry orders were placed along among other things. 7 sauces were requested (1 sauce per star order and waffle order) only received 3 🤦🏽♀️ It’s unfortunate that no HUMAN is available to take the call when they make an order wrong. They should triple check orders and requests so orders are made correctly before handing out to the customer because they were unable to right their wrongs. Don’t think I will be going back to this spot.

Went to Carl's Junior tonight around 9 was terrible all the way around it's spent $46 while I ordered I asked for dipping sauce they said okay got home no dipping sauce whatsoever so I had to eat plain chicken Stars playing zucchini hamburger was so burnt I threw it away wife hamburger bun was so dry and hard she threw it away also 46 dollars worth of food n get $20 an hour you think you can get something right specialty responded on the order about the dipping sauce called the dozen times they answered once and let the phone sit there on never answer me you can hear them talking in the background kept calling kept letting go fax like they would carry anyways all they would say is you can come back for dipping sauce never go to that Carl's Jr again
Great place for a quick bite. It's a little pricey but still good. The employees were fast and welcoming. This location needs a bit of cleaning, but other than that, it's not a bad location for some fast food
