My wife and I ordered the BYOB through the app and once we got there the food was hot and ready just like the little Caesars slogan. Nothing was missing. the dining room was clean and spooky with the decorations. Almost had me a heart attack. Probably the best Carl's Jr in town. Especially the worker Andres, was quick to our needs, would come back definitely

The food was nice and hot, and I didn't wait at all to get served. The Famous Star was nicely wrapped, no sauce running out and the jalepeno poppers were hot and crispy. My partner got the Guacamole burger with the waffle fries and same thing, everything was fresh and crispy. The lobby was very clean, and the drink area was nicely stocked. My server (I think Erick?) was very attentive and even offered to clean my table after me and ny partner were done.Would definitely come back again :)

First, the menu board kept changing and it took forever to see what we wanted for breakfast. Next, the person taking our order did not listen very well and had my order wrong. We asked for no cheese on my biscuit egg bacon sandwich. We also were surprised on how much it came too. Also, she over talked us in the drive thru when we were trying to place our order. This transaction took forever and was not pleasant

My son has an allergy to dairy. The drive through person had the price before was done speaking. I repeated no cheese and said he got that and repeated the price. They did remake but took a really long time and not sure if they spat in it or what.

Complete rip off. Got waffle fries asked for a large and was told it’s only one size. Came home and half the bag was empty. A total of 4 waffle fries and that’s including the small end piece. Also ordered a guacamole bacon burger and barely tasted the quac. The one on McHenry does not skimp when you’re paying $20 a meal.
