Charleys Cheesesteaks

Took 45 minutes for one order of boneless wings with fries, got everyone else’s order out the way before ours and the food isn’t even that good anymore

Absolutely disgusting. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Every surface was dirty. Even the soda cups had crud in them. Just being in there made me lose my appetite. And if the seating area was that bad I don’t even want to imagine what it looks like behind the scenes. I wish we had seen how dirty it was before we ordered or we would have taken our business elsewhere. Wish we could get our money back.

The most disgusting restaurant I have ever eaten at. It looks like nobody has cleaned anything in years. Every surface is covered in sticky grease, grime, and dust.

DO NOT GO HERE. I want to start by saying im a huge fan of Charlie's, i always go when its an option but not anymore.

After shoping a bit in the mall I Went here for a quick bite to eat with a friend and sat down, only for MULTIPLE COCKROACHES TO CRAWL OUT OF THE WALL NEXT TO US. so disgusting. I don't expect mall food to have the most care, but for cockroaches to be in your dining area?? climbing out of the walls???? When we told workers they feined shock. we never saw anybody go over and do anything more than look at the roaches. Passed the place on the way out of the mall and still saw the roaches climbing on the wall.

Bad service, both women working were rude and sloppy, bad communication and dirty inside and soda machine too. gross. got home and both the sandwiches were made wrong and so sloppy too.

I recently visited and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. One of the most concerning issues was the cleanliness, also the soda machine had a significant amount of dirt buildup around it underneath it very noticeable which is not only unappealing but raises serious hygiene concerns.

Additionally, there was a noticeable bad smell emanating from the floor area surrounding the soda machine. This is definitely not what you want to encounter in a food establishment. Flooring had a ton of bulid up also

Given these conditions, I strongly recommend that a health inspector pay a visit to this location. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place until improvements are made. Cleanliness is crucial in any dining environment, and this establishment has a long way to go.

Great atmosphere wonderful service my only Complaint would be the sandwiches need way more meat and carniments for the price.

I used to really like Charley's but I feel like their quality of cheesesteaks has gone down. The cheesesteaks seem really bland like the meat lacks seasoning; then in order to compensate, they load it up with veggies. The veggies are pretty good but overall the sandwich lacks the flavor and juices a good cheesesteak needs

Fries chicken tenders

Ordered 2 sandwiches. Made customizations and they both were made without the proper customizations. When attempting to call, I get "you have reached a number that has been disconnected" so here i am with a Google review HOPING they'll see it in some form or fashion.

Had really bad experience with this place. Bad communication with staff, sandwiches were sloppy, late on the delivery and fecal matter on the water bottles. We will NEVER place an order with them again. And we will tell all the other unions not to as well.
