Ordered a cheesesteak and it was more lettuce & tomato then cheesesteak. You don't put lettuce & tomato in a cheesesteak!

Very disappointed with this place. I ordered a large philly steak sandwich, but only got bread for one half and meat on the other half. Pretty sure they split the meat for a small on a large. I paid $14 for small with a side of bread. The staff is very unprofessional too, they need a better training system. I am very disappointed that bobs burger closed. Charlie's should of been the place that closed. Will not be eating here ever again!!!

I got charged for fries, and I barely received any. They were buried under the sandwich That also missed the extra things I ordered on top of it.

The food is decent. Your experience just depends on the people working.

Used to be really good flavorful and on point and it’s just not the same and they went off a basic cheesesteak and lacked flavor

The best food option inside the mall 😋😋

Took 45 minutes for one order of boneless wings with fries, got everyone else’s order out the way before ours and the food isn’t even that good anymore

Absolutely disgusting. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Every surface was dirty. Even the soda cups had crud in them. Just being in there made me lose my appetite. And if the seating area was that bad I don’t even want to imagine what it looks like behind the scenes. I wish we had seen how dirty it was before we ordered or we would have taken our business elsewhere. Wish we could get our money back.

DO NOT GO HERE. I want to start by saying im a huge fan of Charlie's, i always go when its an option but not anymore.

After shoping a bit in the mall I Went here for a quick bite to eat with a friend and sat down, only for MULTIPLE COCKROACHES TO CRAWL OUT OF THE WALL NEXT TO US. so disgusting. I don't expect mall food to have the most care, but for cockroaches to be in your dining area?? climbing out of the walls???? When we told workers they feined shock. we never saw anybody go over and do anything more than look at the roaches. Passed the place on the way out of the mall and still saw the roaches climbing on the wall.
