Where do I start? Between my pick up order being stolen or the rude waitress, This location has been terrible on more than one occasion. The stolen order wasn't the fault of the staff, but it was a bad experience in itself. Things happen, so I decided to give Chili's another chance. I placed a pick up order and walking in, I noticed a waitress come out the double doors at the pick up area. She totally ignored me and walked past me. This was kinda rude but I figured she would be back to help me. She came back minutes later, walked right past me again and back behind the double doors without a word to me. Luckily, there was a taller gentleman behind the double doors who noticed the waitress ignoring me and assisted in my order pick up. This waitress should be fired at the very least. She needs to realize that customer patronage keeps her employed.

The food was excellent. Don't sleep on the tacos. Service was sub-par. The server took my son's drink and never brought it back. They didn't offer to refill mine either. Finally, I got someone who was not our server to get us another d rink and refills. You could tell they were more interested in getting their closing duties and sidework completed than waiting on us out. We set down at 8 - they were open til 9 but curiously ran out of bread pudding when our bill was presented. I've heard it's good, but I can not tell you if that is accurate.
