The food was great and the atmosphere was comfortable. I think I upset the server by asking him to dry the table. The table was very wet from (I assume)the last cleaning. It all worked out OK.

It was my wife’s birthday do we went out as a family I worked in any fast foods places & many different restaurants the food was TRASH my fries were cold when that brought them to me that I chocked on them then I asked then for fresh ones thay had so much SALT on them thay were overwhelming I didn’t each then now the chicken strips I paid for were over cooked the only good thing was the glass root beer & chips and salsa I over heard my family saying there fries were salty & there food was over cook but thay don’t speak there mind like I do now it’s hard for me to because am a 2 time cancer survivor I lost 70% of my tongue and half my bottom jaw most can’t understand me so others have to talk for me I can still taste and I hate trash food that I spend good money on who ever was cooking last night needs to learn how to cook & care in what there doing you can tell when someone cares about there job we wasted 200 Dallars we will never eat at this restaurant again the sever she was amazing!!!

Went today. Was seated in middle section. Waited 17 minutes and still the waiter never showed. Went up to the entrance desk and asked the lady where is our waiter. She responded he has the whole area.I told her we are out of here. Went to local great restaurant and got served right away….and they were packed. Skip this Chili’s. This place is shooting them selves in the foot.

I ordered the "3 for me" meal. It used to be called 3 for $10 meal, but they quickly inflated their options. Each comes with a non-alcoholic drink (soda, tea, or lemonade), a starter (soup, salad or chips & salsa, and an entrée). Mine started off at $14.99, but I subbed my French fries for mac and cheese (a premium side). That was another dollar increase. After all was said and done, it was about 20 dollars, double from where it used to be.The Good: The server was really sweet and attentive. The restaurant crew sang happy birthday at dessert time. All of the dishes were piping hot! The white cheddar mac & cheese is creamy and has a great flavor. Chicken tenders were nice and crispy outside, while still maintaining the juicyness on the inside. The bowl of potato soup starter had good flavor and portion. The shining star for me was the cheesecake dessert, for only three dollars and some change (if you add it to the 3 for me meal). It was still a full slice, what you would receive if you ordered it from the regular menu. On the regular menu it is almost $9.00.The Not-so-good: Two out of three pieces of chicken tenders were small, one of them being ridiculously tiny! If I am only receiving three in the meal, they should all be of a decent size, in my opinion. I thought of asking for a replacement, but I hate sending food back. The toppings on the soup (only cheese and bacon, because I didn't want chives) were lacking. The gooey cheese and real bacon pieces are the best part of the soup and they were bordering on non-existent. The size of the mac and cheese was a little disappointing, it is only a cup, not a bowl. I would have preferred an option to order a bowl of mac and cheese, instead of soup. Then I would have got corn on the cob instead of fries. However, our polite waitress said the starters listed on the menu are the only options. The ambiance is alright, a little too loud for my taste. However, when the restaurant is full on a Saturday night, it is to be expected. I'm not sure why, but the hostess sat us all the way at the very back of the restaurant, near the restrooms. There were other open booths along the way.We used to dine here quite often, but when the long time management changed, and our regular servers left, it just wasn't the same any more. I will come back again, just not sure how quickly that will be. Tonight wasn't all bad, but it seemed to outweigh the good.I gave Chili's a three star review overall, I waffled between two and three. I definitely see some room for improvement.

The server / bartender was very friendly and fast . Made a great margarita! Food was delicious and fast. I did a pice 3 for me and the carne asada was so tender. Old-fashioned burger was huge. The trio appetizer is massive. All in all a very good place. P.s. we were at BJ first - 25 min wait with half the place empty. I we went over to Chili's!

Menu has changed. We go here very often. Service is always great! The bartender is so friendly and his drinks are always perfect! Do note that they have recently changed their food and drink menu so some of your old favorites may no longer be offered (my husband's favorite Tropical Sunrise drink is no longer on the menu). He opted for the marg of the month Grand Sunset and said it was pretty good.
