I ordered the family for 4, orange chicken & pot stickers. The food had no flavor. Everything stuck together. When I took the food out of the boxes, it was all stuck together like as if I pulled it out of the refrigerator and reheated the food in the microwave. My family and I didn't even finish anything, and absolute waste of $70+.

Good service. 1 star only . I stopped in for lunch today. The food sucked. The chow main had no flavor. The pork fried rice had no flavor. The sweet n sour pork was tough . Zero stars for the food.

I've been going here since I was a kid and a couple of years ago I noticed most of the food wasn't any good anymore. However, the prawns and orange chicken were good. Tonight I was craving the prawns and I went with orange chicken to be safe. I picked it up and the minute I got it in my car all I could smell was a horrible smell. Got the food home and they are no longer the good beer battered prawns. They were disgusting. One bite of the orange chicken and that was it...I threw it all outside in the trash. Sadly after eating there since I was a kid...I will not eat there again! What a waste of money also.

Chow mein was tasteless. Garlic chicken was salty. I ordered a combo and asked to upgrade to beef chow mein and shrimp fried rice, was an almost a $5 upgrade. Ordered two combos and potstickers. Total was $42 and threw away about $35 worth of food. Will never go back

I'm so disappointed!! Just picked up dinner for two at 5pm. Just returned all of the food at 5:30pm. It wasn't fit to eat. What a sad meal they threw together. Everything from the shrimp, chow mien, fried rice, chicken, prawns, & lets not forget the Sweet & Sour pork. None of it was fit to feed a dog. Took it back, they argued with me that it's the same. I didn't even ask for my $$ back, and of course they didn't offer it back. I've been to China Gourmet for years, but no more!!!

Best Chinese food I've had in a while! I got the sweet and sour chicken plate with pot stickers. Everything was great but the pot stickers are the BEST

The food isn't the same anymore. I remember this being my favorite place to eat, but that was 8 yrs ago. These past couple of years I would get a bad vibe from the people in back cooking my food. This place only cares about the money and not the quality of what they are serving the customer. I'd like to be there when an inspector shows up.

Service is friendly but the food is not very good. The garlic chicken is supposed to be fried and crunchy but it is just soggy like it was heated in a microwave. My family has been eating here for almost 20yrs, it is very sad to see this happen to the quality of their food =(

Not as good as it used to be. I don't know if they changed ownership or something but what used to be some of the best bargain Americanized Chinese food in the area is really hard to stomach. The oil used for the orange chicken and fried rice tastes nasty, like perhaps rancid or something, and somehow the orange chicken barely has any chicken inside. It's just a tiny dried out piece of meat with a ton of dried out breading on the outside. Absolutely not worthwhile

Complete disappointment... My son & I each ordered a combination plate: pork fried rice / pork chow mien & teriyaki chicken skewers / BBQ sliced pork. We also ordered the fantail prawns. It was difficult to find the pork in the fried rice & chow mien, both of which had no seasoning or flavor. I had to splash quite a bit of soy sauce on my fried rice in an attempt for flavor. I did find three good-sized strips of beef, cold & flavorless (I spit it out), in my "pork" chow mien. My son's chow mien was so slick with oil. It was pooling in the container. My chow mien was so dry I needed water to choke it down. We ended up combining our chow mien in a big salad bowl, mixed & replated. That took care of the slick & dry issues, but not the lack of flavor & pork. We didn't taste a lot of teriyaki in the teriyaki chicken skewers. I tasted soy sauce & a hell of a lot of salt! This was the only thing that was seasoned, even if it was badly. I thought I would cut up the BBQ pork slices to add flavor to my rice & chow mien. You can't add flavor to something when the addition has no flavor, either! And, dry! Oh, so very dry! I tried to swallow a few pieces by dipping them in the sweet & sour sauce that came with the prawns. There wouldn't be nearly enough sweet & sour sauce in the little container to choke that down, & I still wanted to dip my prawns. I ate two flat prawns. I ate the second one because I was still really hungry. But after that, I couldn't do it anymore. I even tried telling myself, "It's just sustenance." That container is now in the garbage & I'm making myself a pb&j.
