There was a young girl there who rolled her eyes and was so bothered when I asked for more protein. Not sure if she took out her frustrations on me for the previous customer with language barrier, but I definitely let her know that there was no need to give attitude. And of course her storming off like a toddler with a tantrum made it more obvious that she shouldn’t be in customer service. I tried to catch her name but there was no name tag. But I think it was Naveah, Chipotle please provide better training to your gen z employees and include empathy in there.

Every time I come to this Chipotle, I get the absolute honor of being served by the same jerk who clearly thinks guac isn’t the only thing that should be extra — his attitude is right up there. He portions my bowl like the ingredients are coming out of his own paycheck. Half a scoop of rice, three lonely black beans, a protein sample the size of a dime, and a sprinkle of cheese so light I wasn’t sure if it was a mistake or a prank. He doesn’t care to speak to you, doesn’t look up, and seems genuinely offended that I dared to order food. It’s like he’s on a personal mission to make sure my bowl is as empty as his enthusiasm. At this point, I’m not even mad — I’m just fascinated by the consistency. If you’re looking for a place to pay full price for snack-sized portions served with maximum bitterness, this is it.
Nastiest chipotle in Modesto . Best one is on mchenry! This one vinaigrette is watered down ( not even the same color as others ) they give you like 5 pieces of meat & the food is always cold !! Do better

The employees have no kindness or care for the customers. Acting so put out by doing their job and severely lacking in manners. Being rushed to place my order and stared at when asked “how are you?” It’s amazing how many of them get the job to begin with. I’d much rather deal with my half empty bowl by ordering through door dash than to face them and their miserable attitudes.
