This was my first time at the Chipotle. I did the pickup from the app. It had a drive thru for pick up and I couldn’t imagine doing it any other way.
It took about 10 minutes before it was ready which was not bad. When I got there I pulled right up to the window and my order was ready. The food was chipotle and I knew what to expect. A nice lunch experience.

After asking 3 times for salsa to go with my chip & salsa the girl didn't snap closed the lid on the salsa it spilled in the bag on the way home soaking the bottom of the bag. When I go to pickup the the bag all my food falls out the bottom all over my garage floor. I think ill just go a taqueria next time...

Saw the add of the steak bowl on TV, what a freaking joke, the add show a full bowl and I went to your place and they put a little spoon of steak and little spoon of beans that barely coverd the bottom of the bowl, I question it snd the smart ass boy said you only get 4 ounces, it wasn't 4 ounces..spent $28 , Your place sucks.. you need to look at the bowl on the TV commercial..you guys are a rip off..

We had an absolutely terrible experience at this Chipotle. The food itself was great — fresh, tasty, and prepared well — and the other employees were friendly and helpful. But the manager who attended us completely ruined the experience. From the moment we walked in, he acted like we were a problem, clearly judging us because of our accent and treating us with open disrespect. His tone was condescending, his body language dismissive, and it honestly felt like we were being singled out due to racism. It was shocking and embarrassing, especially since everyone else on staff was polite and professional. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any restaurant, especially one as well-known as Chipotle. Because of how we were treated by the manager, we’re never coming back to this location again — the way we were treated was hella rude and completely unprofessional.

There was a young girl there who rolled her eyes and was so bothered when I asked for more protein. Not sure if she took out her frustrations on me for the previous customer with language barrier, but I definitely let her know that there was no need to give attitude. And of course her storming off like a toddler with a tantrum made it more obvious that she shouldn’t be in customer service. I tried to catch her name but there was no name tag. But I think it was Naveah, Chipotle please provide better training to your gen z employees and include empathy in there.

Make your own at home, way too Salty, they don't accept decentralized crypto or physical metals like silver & gold as payment after all central banks went bankrupt...
