This Chuck Cheese is very busy, food was good, staff very friendly and helpful. My grandson had a great time at his birthday celebration at this location.

This is a great Chuck E. Cheese location! My only complaint is that there is always around 2-6 games that are out of service at once. And the food is slightly bad. Over all it’s a good location!

I took my 4 year old son, we had fun in this compact arcade, maybe we came on a busy day but there where alot of people, had to park far away, we purchased a card and food spent 2 and a half hours for about 50$ didn't get spend our virtual tickets we played for because we didn't have enough so sadly.

Could be cleaner and better sanitized. My children have a great time here, just remember to bring hand sanitizer regardless and wash hands every chance you get! The jump zone is a separate fee so even if you are a pass holder, you will still pay but it's not crazy expensive. The passes are good for discounts on food, drinks, etc and pretty much unlimited access to games whenever you want. Spacious enough, especially in the mornings, Chuck E comes out to say hello every now and then. Customer service is pretty cool, and there's also dip and dots!

Emily at the front counter is incredibly rude. She was in no way professional and didn’t need to be around children. I watched as a parent who had a legitimate question. Instead of addressing the lady who was being very sweet, she gave her an attitude and was rude to her. Made the start of our experience horrible. Then we could t find a table that was clean. The manager did come out and address the issue but it was a shame it even got to this point. Emily needs to be retrained

All the games were working the whenever they do break down they fix them really fast my kids enjoy it
I’m giving them 5 stars because Abel went above and beyond to help us with our tickets and toys. The food was 3 because the salad bar was missing the boiled eggs. Chuck E. was cool we had fun. We’ll be back soon.

Had my daughters 7th birthday party here and thought since I chose the affordable option I would get no service or assistance as the website states but I was pleasantly surprised. They kept the party going they were all friendly from start to finish and the kids had a blast even most stayed another hour past the party. Total success!
