The chicken is delicious, however, the staff requires training in order accuracy and customer service. We live about 15 miles from this establishment, but have been a loyal customer of this chain for years, and don't mind the drive. However, our last visit was upsetting as the person at the drive thru didn't get our order right and we didn't realize until we got home. We ordered a family deal of chicken strips, but upset to find a mix of boney chicken when we arrived home.
