Delicious ice cream and they made it up super fast.

I don't usually do reviews but, I have to make an exception for this place. My grandson decided he wanted an ice cream cake for his birthday so after checking out Baskin Robbins I suddenly thought about cold stone and figured it couldn't hurt to look at their website. My grandson said he wanted chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream for his birthday cake and he loves oreo cookies. I checked out their cakes and was surprised to discover that they were less than Baskin Robbins and they had some ready-made cakes with common flavors including the ones my grandson wanted. So, at 830 the night before his bday party we went and bought the cake. I didn't expect much, I've never found a cake with ice cream in it that I felt was very good, the cake is usually dry counting on the ice to be absorbed enough to make it moist, OMG was I in for a shock! Their cake is delicious and moist before the ice cream even had a chance to melt. The cake even cost less than the other ice cream company. It's well worth the price! I highly recommend getting the ice cream cake from here especially if you have adults to serve. The flavors are great and if you order in advance you can customize it according to your taste including the fold ins they offer.

It's ok, but it's dirty. They were cleaning up while we were there. But I dont think the towels have any cleaner. Tou can feel the caked on dirt. Also, I'm not sure who pics the music. Popular music is fine. But it was pretty sexual in nature. I'm not sure it's family-friendly. For adults and older teens, it's probably not an issue. But not for the young children I had with me. Overall, I just think they could do better.

Came to Cold Stone about 2 hours ago some young skinny white girl with dark hair took my order and was very rude and seemed very irritated. I ordered three small ice creams one oreo with hot fudge, cool whip and nuts the other a strawberry blonde, and oreo. When I was getting ready to pay she asked me you wanted four right I told her no only three one Oreo one Oreo with fudge Cool whip nuts and the other a strawberry blonde. She got upset because she ended up making another strawberry blonde saying that I had asked for two when I didn't it was a miscommunication between her and her co-worker. Then when I get home to enjoy my ice cream I noticed it wasn't even Oreo it was vanilla with hardly any hot fudge or nuts that I had asked for and in my strawberry blonde only two pieces of strawberry like are you serious that's just crazy that will be the first and the last time I go to that Cold Stone she had the worst customer service ever do better.

The employees are young here and I thought the customer service would be bad but they were really nice and put my ice cream in an extra cup to keep it from melting on my hand since it was a triple digit weather that day. Super helpful. 5/5

Completely messed up our online order. Melted ice cream for pick up and missed cones which are literally on the pick up receipt attached to the bag.

I came to this location around 2 weeks ago. Tell me why this white woman had the stankiest attitude. It was not busy at all! We entered and no one was there until about 5 minutes later she came out from a back door and said hello then took our orders. I don’t understand how hard it was for her to put ice cream on a cone. She said they tend to fall off the cone so she put it in a cup, but it was not gonna fall off especially if I was going eat it right at that moment. I didn’t say anything, but my sister did when she saw that my ice cream was smashed in the cup. Pretty bad service if I do say so myself, I understand people have some bad days, but since it was not busy at all, there was zero people you would’ve thought she’d be a little nicer. She also didn’t want to mix toppings into the ice cream? Also, this is my first time going to cold stone in a while. Now I understand why it was empty.

Visited this location today 3/29. Walked in and the two girls working did not acknowledge us at all. They talked amongst themselves we never got a “hi welcome in” or “how can we help you” they talked for a good 3-4 mins and would glance at us here and there. Once one of the girls came to help us she didn’t even say “what can I get for you” she just stared until I said what I wanted. Horrible service

Love it. I recommend cotton candy mixed with birth day batter with sprinkles, so good 1000000/10

It was ok, I'd still pick baskin over cold stone any day. I chose mint flavor, my favorite, but something tasted off about it almost diluted. The staff were nice, although I did feel a bit rushed, especially since I'd never been there before and wanted to see my options, and no, I did not show up right before closing. We got there just after 9:30pm and the close at 11pm.

Went for a walk with my friend and his two doggies. Went in and Serena was very friendly and welcoming. ?
Definitely going back again and taking my granddaughter. Thank you Serena for a great experience.

Worst rocky road ice cream I've ever eaten, and it's not the first time I've eaten it at a Cold Stone. The marshmallows tasted like rubber, and the almonds were shaved so thin they barely tasted like almonds.

Today 05/29, a Wednesday afternoon at 6:20pm my sister and I came in to celebrate her for her graduation and I was ordering some shakes while the lady (Steph) seconds after I looked over the menu told her coworker "just take her order she is taking so long" in a rude attitude. That is poor customer service and very unprofessional.

Eeewwwww freaking ewwwwww there is this lady with short hair who is just an extreme B, and she has the stupidest name tag. Lmao also just wanted people to know I went when they were cleaning THEY WERE SPRAYING WINDEX ON THE INSIDE OF THE GLASS WITHOUT COVERING THE TOPPINGS!!!!!!!! So sick never going back
