Went here with my girlfriend and got a brown sugar and she got the red velvet. Both are so good and the lady working was so sweet. Took a shot at the claw machine and son my first try.

Employees were welcoming and experienced. Made my order exactly how I asked and knew what they were doing. Tried the Blueberry banana smoothie and really enjoyed it! Also, I love the apple pie signature creation and that they could change out the ice cream flavor. Quick service. Indoor and outdoor seating. Not the cleanest store but always has customers who seem happy. Will be back!

Store was dirty, needed a good cleaning!! Floors and door mats were gross, windows and counters grimy and front sidewalks needed powerwash!!!

I have been going to this location for many years. In January I ordered a birthday cake and today I picked up a birthday cake. For the January cake they did a horrible job writing Happy Birthday. They used to big of a tip and it all ran together so you can not tell what the wording was. This was the first time it happened and I know errors can happen so, I went there today and the spelling of the name was incorrect. They did try to fix it but you could tell the name had been scraped off. When I asked if I could just get another cake and they could redo the writing, in a rude voice she informed me that she repeated the persons name three times and I said OK. I told her that was incorrect I spelled the name three times back the correct way. The problem for me was her rudeness needless to say I will not be going back to that location.

I came in with a friend and my friend had a 4 year old and we know how they can be alittle picky and we want them to talk for them self well I just wanna say one of your employees jaqueline needs to learn to have alittle better customer service and not sigh right in front of a customer! If you work at a ice cream place learn to smile or fake a smile maybe !

Visited this location evening of 4 /30 Order ice creams and Girl working with the pink n black hair has the nastiest rude attitude I've delt with like it's an icecream place it's not a hard job. But to her she sure makes it seem this way. Had a huge attitude when I asked for a certain icecream and then when I told her we had others also she rolled her eyes an mouthed something under her breath. Then when doing toppings I over heard her being extremely rude to another employee saying why the fuck are these chocolate chips everywhere I'm sorry, but I have my children with me and there's children in this restaurant. No one should be using that type of language. I think I'll be going to another location from now on.

I door dash on the side for extra cash and the two people behind the counter tonight didnt acknowledge me for about 10 minutes. They were busy talking to each other and gossiping. On top of that, they almost handed me another customers order. It was an african-american guy and a small hispanic looking girl. The customer service here sucks. I dont recommend coming to this particular spot.

Went over there and order my regular to come and find out when the order was finished there were almonds in my my ice cream which I didn't ask for .I question what was in my ice cream to the person who helped me which her name was SERINA and instead of trying to correct it "she gave me some Bull s*** excuse saying we can't control what gets mixed up in there "Since they don't be cleaning up the table where they mix the ice cream at.Which didn't make any sense you should be clean up that table each time .They simply don't care nor aware about people may be allergic to certain things .I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE THAT may have FOOD ALLERGIES.BECAUSE THEY DON'T CLEAN UP THAT TABLE WHICH THEY SHOULD .Place is dirty poor customer service .Just because they are about to close doesn't mean you stop being clean .

This Cold Stone is my favorite! Whether I order online for delivery, pickup, or actually go in to order - they always do a fabulous job! I order the same thing every time (Mint Mint, Chocolate Chocolate Chip w/chocolate shavings instead of brownies) and it's perfect every time! I should have reviewed sooner but I had a wonderful experience today that really pushed me to review! I walked in with my young son today a few minutes after opening. Alexis was soo helpful. They told me that kid scoops were an option - which I didn't know! And then proceeded to chat with me while making our ice creams. They were cheerful and made me feel so welcome and glad I brought my son in! I've worked in this industry and know how tough it is, Alexis, and everyone else I've seen in this store have always been so great! We will absolutely be back soon!

I have been going to cold stone for the last decade, and this location specifically the last 5 years. NEVER had I been told I couldnt do two separate scoops where she couldn't mix in the toppings if I got it that way.. so this is how i received my ice cream... the last 3 times we've been to cold stone it's always been something, this has topped it for us. The prices for this aren't worth it anymore. Yall lost a loyal customer..
