I've ordered seperate times from this store via Door Dash, each order was incorrect. I tried the last time trying to give a chance, but order was wrong. Tried to call store, no one answers. Never again.

The service at this Cold Stone was terrible. I had accompanied my parents to get ourselves desert before coming back home, unfortunately we left the cold stone disappointed in customer service.

There was sadly only one worker actually doing her part and trying her best to get ice cream to the customers all by herself so shout out to her. On the other hand there was another person behind the counter on face time with somebody, talking abruptly, loud and not wearing any gloves while fixing what appeared to be waffle cones. We had told her it was rude of her to be on her phone talking super loud with a boat load of about 7-8 customers waiting to be helped, in return she left what she was doing and went into the back to continue her conversation elsewhere. BUT this is where it gets interesting as we talked with the other employee she had told us that the lady on the phone that wasn't helping with customers turned out to be the MANAGER. terrible on the managers part especially having one of your employees apologize for your actions and behavior towards customers.

Do not go to this cold stone unless you want terrible service like this.

Could use some more workers, or have the manager help out when the line is long. Prices also seem to be higher than other Cold Stone franchises.

There’s two workers one really nice lady. Also a tall guy that’s useless that doesn’t help Mexicans as soon as the other family came in. He immediately started helping them don’t come here if you are Mexican you will not feel welcome. Also, the lady worker was just staring at him like wondering why he’s not helping us.

DON'T GO HERE THIS COLD STONE IS A FRANCHISE BY PUNJABI, HUSTLE YOU WHEN YOU BUY IT FROM THEM. THEY WILL RAISE THE PRICE.AVOID THEM!

Make sure you count your order. They forget yours in cooler they don't care if you halfto come back for it!!!

There is 1 person working there, and the amount of time it takes to get my 1 cup of ice cream is ridiculous!!! The tall guy doesn't wear gloves and he's not friendly at all. The customer service is horrible. #training is needed. Asap.

Pretty pricey. Had an issue with tip going on by accident, but the store was willing to resolve it and easy to work with. Ice cream was good. I got 2 pints it was just under 30 dollars. The store was clean. Service was average. The guys working were clean. Overall good expirence. If the price was a little more reasonable, I would rate this much higher!!
