Chinn's International has quickly become one of my favorite spots to grab a great beer and some amazing food in the Modesto area. The owner, Patrick, does an awesome job keeping the beers on tap in rotation, so it’s always exciting to stop by and see what new options are available. They also have a solid selection of canned beers that you can enjoy there or take home for later.
Just like the beer, the food menu is always evolving. Patrick regularly adds new specialty items, which keeps things fresh and interesting. The menu blends Asian and Latin influences in creative ways—dishes like the Birria Ramen and Birria Egg Rolls are must-tries.
If you haven’t checked this place out yet, I definitely recommend it. The food and drinks are top-notch, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I genuinely love this place—it keeps me coming back and bringing friends along for a great time every time.
Explaining it does this place no justice you have to go in person and see why everyone & this place is SO great !
Simply put this is the most unique and varied beer menu in the valley, I appreciate all the works it takes to get so many unique beers.
The beer menu is really the only reason I still go there. The servers are friendly, but the food is overpriced and basic. I would give it a 5☆if they would improve the food quality and portions.
Great beer selections and a variety of pub food choices. Wings are messy! 😅
Easily my favorite restaurant in Modesto. Always a great selection of beer on draft. Excellent rotating food menu - all delicious. I’ve loved everything I’ve tried. I hope this place is around for many years to come!
Excellent selection of tap and canned beers onsite, highly enjoyed their stout. The food was great as well, and reasonably priced.
I can never get enough of this establishment!! Patrick and Co have done fantastic with the food, alcohol to enjoy there at the bar or the patio outside. Plus the fine gourmet foods for sale with the newly opened market connected to Chinns. You've gotta stop by and check it out. There's something for everyone.
Cold craft beer, tasty treats, and good peeps. It can get a little loud inside in the place is flowing.
Great "tapas" place. Ordered 4 dishes for two people and a dessert. Everything was great .
Parking: Parking on street was plentiful. There is a lot of parking near by

The food was delicious ?. The service was rad! The wine selection was very good. The Cream Sauce Ravioli was amazing. The White Wine and Butter Shrimp was superb. Make sure to get the bread to soak up the sauces!!!!! I am kicking myself for waiting so long to try Concetta ? A+++
The service is excellent and the menu thoughtful and delicious. Great for causal or semi-formal dining.
Love the sharing concept. Food was excellent and tasty. So many choices! Staff was properly attentative.
Decent food but small plates. My challenge with Concetta is I feel like I have to order lots of plates to get enough food... Especially if you're sharing plates with others.
I’ve been eating at Concetta for over a decade. It is a fantastic meal. The menu changes daily with new dishes rotated in all the time. Sharing is the key here, order multiple items and share them. The plates really aren’t meant to be entrees. The inspiration for the food ranges widely from Italian to French to Spanish to Thai to American. Concetta has the best wine list in Modesto and a “full” bar (they have a small bar space so they might not have your favorite vodka or gin, but they’ll have a good one) If you fret over portion and price, Chili’s is open. Fine dining isn’t for everyone, especially folks who don’t understand the cost of operating a restaurant where the food isn’t steamed from frozen pouches.
