Absolutely amazing experience! Crawfish Noodle & Grill never disappoints — the food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. I went on a Thursday afternoon so it wasn't busy at all. There was a small wait to be helped, but the girl that helped me with the menu and took my order was super sweet.
There was a lot of food on the plates. I ordered Cajun garlic fries and the #18 plate.

The service is really bad. The server messed up all the tabs. Had the wrong orders on the receipt did not know what she was doing. We over paid. Management was not considerate. They did not make us feel satisfied. Did not have a solution to the problem. Many years back they messed up the whole order, again could not get a pick up order right and they are charging we want it right. The place Looks ran down for how long they been in business and what they are charging. Food is hit and miss. I would rather go to a new place for seafood theres plenty other places to go. To top it off they don’t care of your celebrations. Why you still in business?

I used to come here all the time during the pandemic (the server remembers me), but today the crab and shrimp were super fishy. We told the owner and server about how fishy the food was. We went back and forth with the owner, which I thought was unnecessary. He finally said he’ll give us $5 off of our $70 bill. I won’t be back.

I always love trying fish and chips wherever I go, and theirs did not disappoint--crispy, fresh, and perfectly cooked. But the star for me was the garlic noodles--hands down some of the best I've ever had. They had just the right balance of flavors, with a perfect blend of richness and seasoning that kept me going back for more.
Pricing-wise, I think it's fair for what you get--quality, authentic food that's well worth it. I don't know why some reviews complain about the cost; you truly get what you pay for here. Whether you're in the mood for seafood or noodles, Crawfish Noodle & Grill delivers with top-notch flavors and a welcoming vibe. Also, the service is pretty great especially for authentic Vietnamese food (IYKYK).
Definitely adding it to my list again for the next NorCal trip!
