Philly cheesesteak was very good and can't beat $5 beers on Thursdays. Highly recommend for watching multiple games and plenty of fun for adults and families.

This was my first time @ Dave's. We went for my daughter's birthday as a group of 8. The booth we sat in was extremely spacious. The food was delicious. Even my picky eater was satisfied with her food. The service was great. Prices are very reasonable we went for 3 of the eat n play combos. I feel like this was a great deal my girls each got a 90 minute play card that maxed out at 1500 points. They were able to get a medium sized stuffy. They had a blast. I enjoyed watching them enjoy that special day. Definitely will be going back.

I brought my two adult sons with autism to Dave and Buster's for their birthday and they had a blast. I asked for a reserve table in a quieter section and this was provided. Our server was cliff and he was amazing and went above and beyond.We will definitely be back.

I stopped by Wednesday I’m a first timer here upon arrival I was greeted by this young lady Kristina she explained the menu I ended up getting some eat and play combos she made me feel welcomed as I had my dad in a wheel chair and I’d seen there wasn’t any lower tables to his liking She offered to lower down a table for us as she proceeded to get us lower chairs ,she also took our order was very attentive and caring made us laugh made us feel comfortable. Thank you

It took 10mins to order the bar was empty for a Monday so I didn’t expect service to be an issue another 10mins for the drinks and saw no server for 15mins until finally one popped up and did help get the tab to finally leave.

She also is very knowledgeable about this job and how to serve customers. Heidi is the main reason me and my friends come back to this d&b and makes our experience the best. Its uplifting environment.

I'd literally rate this location -5 stars if it was possible. A gentleman from the staff seated us and told us our server would be with us shortly. About 30 minutes passed and I had to get up and find a staff member to ask about the server. 10 minutes pass and the hostess walks up extremely RUDE questioning why we were even seated in her section because SHE didn't seat us. We pointed out who seated us and she pretty much called us liars and said she was going to question him about it. Ignored us for another 10 minutes. She was off flirting with another staff member. Then completely ignores us while walking past our table eating fries as she walked by. We got up and left and as we walked past her she had a very smug look on her face as if she was proud to have ruined our experience. I did not catch her name but she was a young brunette with a red bow in her hair.

Couldn't figure it out. Definitely not for older folks. Didn't realize you had to buy a card to Play games no one would help us if your over 30 not a good idea.
I reserved a table, took my kids out to eat to celebrate my sons birthday, the service was wonderful but we were served spoiled ribs, the most expensive meal we ordered, they were for my son, he lost his appetite after that, I purchased a summer pass for him, was told they would open a different tap for the card n the food, when the bill was brought up they had combined the card charge with the food and it brought the 18 percent tip to 41 dollars, by the time I realized it the transaction had gone thru. And at the end of the visit my son was trying to cash out on his tickets and the girls working the booth were extremely rude, nasty attitude. My son is autistic and I don’t appreciate when people are rude and impatient with him. Not a positive experience to say the least. First and last time going there celebrate a birthday

So to start off, I’ve been here three times and each time there’s something that has gone wrong.
The first time I was with my sister and her family and they try to get her to tip on the playing cards that they bought and not just the food that’s not OK. (So trying to get her to tip on $300, instead of the $85 she only spent on food.)
The second time was March 23, 2024 and I bought a round of drinks for the six people at our table and we all had separate tabs. They put that round of drinks on everyone’s check, so that had to be corrected.
The third time was Father’s Day of this year and a baby had made a mess. There was water all over the floor I let them know three different times and then they were told separately by a fourth person that there was a big spill. It was a safety issue and it still took them 45 minutes to clean up and they wouldn’t even put a wet floor sign down. Additionally, my server took my order for drinks and a “shareable”appetizer and the shareable appetizer with a very small bowl of queso and 20 chips When I inquired about the drinks that I had ordered, he said I never ordered those. I then re-ordered and he came back literally one minute later and said oh the reason why the drinks haven’t arrived is because the bar is running a little behind, sir make up your mind either I didn’t order them or the bar was behind Then while celebrating Father’s Day with my friends and going to play games, I let the server know that I would be in the game area, but three of my friends were still at the table and that I would pay when I got back five minutes later he hunted me down in the gaming area, saying I have to pay now. It was embarrassing and not needed. The gaming is always been great as long as the games are operational. The bar has always been great. The table service has not been good and the food is only okay and not with the price.
Keep in mind I never asked to be comped a meal, drink, or whatever just for things to be corrected. They need to have a floor supervisor rotating the tables to ensure that everything is running smoothly.

First of all, I must say their service is horrible. When you walk in there it takes them at least 10 minutes for them to even say hi to you. And then when you go and move to the bar they move to the other side and don't take your order. Then when they take your order they let your drinks sit on the counter for 20 minutes. If I could give them a -1 in service I would. The games are fun..
