Ordered our meal with the waiter, never brought out entire order. Spoke to manager to get our meal correct. After all the manager agreed to give us our meal free for the inconvenience. The same waiter rang us up charged our card the entire amount when manger said it was free. We had to again speak to manger for full refund. The games were the best part of the experience for the kids!

The service was excellent and the ambiance was kid friendly. My family and I love it. The food portion was a decent size. The place can get pricey if you are a large family. But it's worth it. My family and I will definitely go back.

We showed up 30 minutes early and we were still able to be seated (we went on a Wednesday night) . The host and waiter were nice, the food came at a good time and was hot and steamy! The fries are so god and the Cajun shrimp pasta was bomb!

There needs to be a training on rotation and bussing tables. There is an hour long wait for tables and I’m literally looking at seven that haven’t been touched in a half hour. By the time we sit down, the kids cards will be spent. This isn’t the flow one should expect. Even once tables are clear, they sit for over ten minutes as the lobby continues to fill up. Bad communication between staff and it’s too much money spent for such subpar service.

Great place to enjoy a weekend out! I was highly satisfied visiting this location. Food was hot and to my liking, drinks were made well, and service was fast! The kitchen manager even came out and introduced herself to make sure everything was good. 10/10 will be visiting again.

We came here for my son's birthday. When making the reservation, I did state we were celebrating a birthday. The service was terrible. We ordered 2 appetizers at the same time, but only received one and after that received the second 15 min later. We ordered our food together and the kids meals came out 10 min later, but our food (which included the birthday boys food) took about 45 min after. My pasta seemed dried out and the fries on some of the meals were cold. The kids were antsy to go play. We never got refills. Our friend had to take his drinks to the bar to refill waters, which even that took time. Took forever to get our 1 to go box and check. We were there for 1 hr 45 min when we would've been in and out of there in less than an hour had everything gone as it should've. My son never got acknowledged that it was his birthday we were celebrating and by then, we were so over being there. We wanted to leave and have our server come find us in the arcade area because we were constantly looking for him. I felt like we were getting ripped off on the games. Overall terrible and IF we do come back, we'll eat elsewhere and play in the arcade.
