They wont make what they offer online, in store. Like the family packs for example. They make you order it3ms separate which costs more in store than online. So I have to order from their website, then come in and pick it up for take out and can't eat it there ? Make this make sense or train your staff how to ring it up correctly.

I did not receive all of the items in my order through the drive thru. A plate of nachos and taco were missing yet I paid for them. I didn’t notice by the time I got home, so I called the restaurant. I tried multiple times with NO answer. Terrible customer service as well as attention to detail. I won’t be back.

Lots of bang for ur buck! For 9 dollars a double cheeseburger fries bean and cheese burrito a soft taco and a drink!! Kids were happy and so was my wallet!
Went through the drive thru 05/09/2025 from 12-1 pm and the person taking orders was super rude. she kept cutting me off while ordering, i asked for no tomatoes and she cut me off and just asked what drink. i asked her if she can confirm that she herd no tomato. her response was yes okay no tomato what drink. Very dry, when getting to the window i asked for my receipt, the employee working still did not give me my receipt. customer service needs improvement with this employee. This was the del taco at 2101 Sylvan Ave, Modesto, CA 95355
