Our waitress was rude because we chose to sit at a table instead of the booth but it was only because I didn’t fit in it comfortably so because of this she got mad and didn’t even acknowledge us took more than 15 min to take our order or even come to our table honestly I never write reviews but this was not ok I had to call her over to come take our order I know for a fact it was us she didn’t want to service because she was serving other guest very fast and was being friendly to everyone else but us. Very unprofessional definitely will not be coming back IHOP it is from now on

I stopped by for breakfast at night because I was craving a breakfast platter. At favorite Dennys location Orangeburg. The waitress was very friendly, Melissa. I ordered my usual lumberjack slam cooked perfectly like always and a my cup of coffee. Melissa always made sure my cup was full never empty she had great service!

I visited this Location on monday and was very impressed. Fast friendly service and the bacon avocado burger was delicious my favorite on the menu. Server was by herself and handled it like a pro. Will definitely be back!

This is the best Denny's in Modesto! The food is always hot and delicious. Good servings and wait time is usually minimal. We live closer to two other Denny's location but always come to this one because of Yurissma! She is an excellent waitress and very friendly and attentive. I wish more restaurants had waitress/ waiters like her. ! Also where is the young lady Kayla? She is such a delight whenever we've come! Haven't seen her. Hope you guys haven't fired her! She is always so welcoming and great smile! If you go here, ask for Yurissma!!

I’ve been to this location many times all the staff even down to the kitchen staff are wonderful. I went recently with our school organization and they did a phenomenal job at taking care of all of us quickly and with great service. Thank you again Dennys we appreciate you!

We went last night for an early dinner. Our food was cooked perfect! Excellent service by our waitress. They were both amazing. We will be back! A lot of posts reviews complained about homeless. They are all over Modesto, they can't help that. Most importantly that this place inside was very clean and had excellent food and staff. Give them a try. Don't judge a book by its cover. The one and only down fall is we didn't see or given a menu with the daily specials that are advertised maybe this store don't have them. We also didn't ask about it and picked items on menus given.

Looks abandoned and tacky . Homeless camp rite on the side. Only saw 4 or five cars bitnthe place looked empty af...Drove out of there immediately and had to settle for IHOP next door...much cleaner .
