I got a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and let me tell you the sandwich was so good!! The flavor is definitely there! I got the mild sauce but it still had a good spice level to it. If you want good with good flavor bbq this is the spot!

We ate here years back when it was Doc's & loved it. Now, we tried it again & it didn't disappoint! We had two 2-ways, hot links & chicken w/ 2 sides of their excellent potato salad, & brisket & ribs w/ beans & greens. Brisket!! Greens! Chicken! Ribs! Had both mild & medium sauce....yum. Dang, every single dish sang those high notes. Plus both ladies were so nice. Gotta go back soon & get more 'que. Go try it!

First off I'd like to say I wasn't sure about this place , but once we entered, the service was excellent, they were genuinely kind and friendly , good vibes , food was delicious , the ribs chicken and tri tip were my choice , I will definitely come back and explore the menu a bit more ! Keep up the great job guys

Went today for dinner wit the family and got the dexlue family meal was enough for 4 of us and had some left over to. The food was delicious and fresh i havent had good brbq in a while definitely a hidden gem and coming here again

Will today was my first time there I pass it by lots of times you know just going by seeing their big smoker out there smoking the meat away but yes they have excellent ribs coleslaw side orders and the sauce is just so delicious. Try Taylor's smoked house BBQ for the first time today Thursday March the 7th 2024.. love the sides potato salad the bread the muffin and the yams we're good enjoy it but the meat they need to work on a little bit better meat was really tough and burnt on the sides... I really do miss docs barbecue

Some of the best BBQ I've ever had. Great service and food. The place is nice and the staff is welcoming. Their food is really good. I've never had a bad experience or plate. I've ordered ribs, pulled-pork sandwich, mac-n-cheese, coleslaw, lemonade, cornbread and the beans before and they're all 10/10 no doubt. I have yet to try the other items on the menu, but I know they'll be just as good, if not even better! I recommended this place 100%.
Whew the ribs are "RIB-BING"!!! I always love this hole-in-a-wall restaurant when I stop by for some lunch and let me tell you, their ribs are fully off the bone. I sometimes wish they need to be part of the Rib Cook Off competition in Reno, because it's THAT good. Originally you've probably heard of Doc-Q, well since the daughter of the owner took control of the business, they improved a lot, from the staff to the presentation of the food. Still the same flavor with the same savory, hot BBQ sauce. Check, check, and check. Took some leftovers to-go 'cause it was really filling, which means I can eat some more for later! Highly recommend stopping by if you're around Modesto. Trust me, it's worth every bite. :)

Always loved the food here but I did see a difference in the quality the last few years so I was eager to try it again after the "revamp". I was not disappointed!! They have brought back those great authentic smoked flavors and even more side options.. we will definitely be comin back
