This location provided both poor food quality and poor customer service.
We ordered a half-and-half pizza (half cheese, half steak & peppers), but it was made incorrectly - only one slice was cheese. The crust was extremely thin and unstable, with almost no base, despite not ordering thin crust. The pizza was overly greasy and difficult to eat.
The Parmesan bites were also excessively greasy, sitting in a pool of oil/butter.
When we contacted the store, we were instructed to call back to speak with a manager. After calling back at the requested time, we were placed on hold for an extended period, then briefly told we would receive a call back regarding a possible refund. The call was disconnected, and no follow-up occurred.
Given the incorrect order, food quality issues, and lack of follow-through from management, we do not recommend this location.

I haven't posted in a while. But this was so entirely bad, I had to leave a review. We ask for half and half and the crust took half of the area around the medium pizza... ridiculously larger than you'd expect on a medium. The base of the pizza with the cheese and toppings... it is si thin you'd swear it was a 8x11 piece if printer paper.... then to make it even worse, it looked like a 7/8 and 1/8th pizza. One side was suppose to be cheese only and sure enough, toppings were all over the place only leaving 1 piece for our kids. I call to speak to a manager/supervisor and get the issue resolved and I keep getting told nobody is available until later. Told the employee my issue needed obvious immediate resolution (because we want to eat and feed our kids) only to again be told to call back later for any type of assistance pertaining to the issue. We just ended up having to head elsewhere instead. I would strongly advise to avoid doing business at this location. If you do, know you may be running a risk of this awful food quality and customer service.

I ordered 2 pizzas on there app and when I got home one of them was cold and over cooked. This is not the first time I have had problems with them. I decided to go back after a year of my last complaint thinking they got better but still not doing there job good or anything. Do not come to the one on Oakdale Rd

Called over the phone, they do deliveries. They only took card for payments above $50 it seems. They were patient, and even offered cupon discounts so I could pay it cash. Not too pricey for pizza if you compare to any other seller in Modesto.

Showed up 20 mins after pizza said it was being prepared. Wasn't even prepped yet. Then get to register and see they put a make shift sign saying they don't accept 50s or 100s. All the local pizza places are doing this now and it's ridiculous. You're losing business because you can't make a trip to the bank to get change? Ive worked fast food and know that's all it is. Last time I order from you guys. Lady didn't even care and cancelled my order without hesitation or an apology for the inconvenience. Customer service nowadays is TRASH.

The food was really good and the lady even took the time to call me to ask for the substitute topping as they ran out of the toppings I want but it came out really good. The food was handed to me albeit late but it’s alright it was worth the wait.

Employee was so RUDE! After an hour of waiting for my food I called to check eta, she said food was on the way. I called back 20 mins later, food was barely leaving the store. And she argued and got loud and said she never said my food was on the way. So I told her she could cancel my order and she hung up on me. I buy from here all the time! Never again! She should be fired!
