We had recently placed an order for dinner and all our food was over baked with no flavor and burnt pieces. Customer service was very poor and manager spoke very rudly. Very low quality food!

I have never written a review before but I have to for the sake of the employees of this specific dominos. I order pizza at least once a week because my children love their pizza but the last three times I have ordered it has taken almost 2 hours for the pizza to be delivered. I called and the girl told me they are so understaffed, and their supervisor refuses to allow them to call in additional drivers to help them. I have reached out to corporate multiple times with no response. Their management team obviously doesnt care about the consumer or their employees. Try to avoid this location if you can. Also, any rep from dominos that wants to reply to this comment stating, "oh we are so sorry for your experience we will do everything we can to fix this issue", dont waste your time. Just sit at your desk with your cheetoh fingers, dial up your supervisor, and actually do something.

Some stoner chick delivered my crushed boxes, grease all on the top, and the pizza isn't hot. I understand your behind but stop doing double and triple address deliveries cause you're pissing us off. I'm paying for HOT pizza, not warm pizza.

pizza is undercooked. The doughiest pizza I've ever had, it's like they only put it in the oven for 5 minutes. One of the girls that work here is really rude. I ordered a pizza online with sausage and jalapeño and they didn't put pepperoni. It was my mistake because I forgot to put pepperoni on the app when I ordered it but when I called to see if I could bring the pizza back and if they could put pepperoni on it the girl said in a rude bitchy tone "no cuz that's how you ordered it so that's how we made it". I understand I forgot to put pepperoni but she didn't have to say it like that she could of just said it's store policy that they can't take the pizza back or something instead of saying it's my fault basically. Rude customer service in my opinion. I've worked customer service many years before and I would never tell a customer that and would at least try to accommodate them. I would definitely take my business elsewhere.

Called at 8:50 to see when my pizza would be delivered. They said it just had left for delivery. I call back at 9:19 they said the pizza had just left right then. Don’t tell people one thing if your food isn’t going to be arriving for another 40+ minutes now. Never doing delivery again. To top it off rude on the phone.

Awful experience. These are supposed to hand tossed medium pizzas. Pizza’s are crazy thin to the point slices rip. Overcooked crust, very dry and no garlic butter crust.I called and was told that the person on phone was the person that made the order and the order was done correctly.Domino’s is my favorite pizza and will continue to be if made properly.I asked for a replacement and was told it would be another 40 minutes and to make sure all is returned. From that, I then wanted refunded and they can still have the pizza back.

Don't come here. I drive to Domino's often, but never this one. The pizza didn't have any cheese, it wasn't hot, it was burnt, it was super thin, it was just nasty I drove 14 miles to be disappointed!!

The first time I asked for delivery and they gave me the wrong pizza, I had to go get it changed and they said they would refund me, they never did and they started eating the pizza.Another time when I ordered I went to pick up the order from the store, it was a cheese bread and they gave it to me wrong, again I had to wait for them to give me the correct one.
