Gonzalo made 2 wonderfully perfect pan pizzas tonight that exceeded my expectations, which wasn't easy considering I'm a frequent customer and is quite used to this store (and Gonzalo's!) well above average quality! Jesse the delivery driver had them here before the cheese even had a chance to set. I love these guys!

They canceled my order. We called and the lady over the phone had said that we had put no apartment number when clearly we did. After I explained to her that we did, it had a full and completed address she then proceeded to go back and fourth with me. She then started giving attitude. They didn’t even try to call and ask what the apartment number it was, (if according to them it had no apartment number.) In my opinion I felt this was not okay what so ever, they need to work on having better costumer service!

Tried their veggies pizza with chicken on top. The pizza was delicious, I did walk-in and the pizza came out fast. I have seen lots of negative reviews, I blame mostly the owner of this place, shame on him/her. The same person is making your pizza, answering phone and taking your payment. So cut the employees some slack and instead take your anger on the management that's exploiting these people. I'm giving them 5 star and tip just for the Employee that served me tonight but I wouldn't be coming back unless they fix their understaffing issue.

Horrible staff and horrible service. Got delivered the wrong pizza(s) and after calling was giving no information on how to replace/refund it. Gave attitude and threatened their customers. Horrible Horrible Horrible. pizza came with hair on it. SUPER LAZY WORKERS.
