This place is amazing! My wife and I come once a month at least. The people are great and make it feel comfortable. Great assortment of teas to drink and to buy. I recommend to anyone who would want a nice afternoon.

This place was really cute. We went for the Alice in Wonderland them. The tea was yummy too. They were really sweet, and accommodating to our food allergy. We will be back.

We had a wonderful Birthday luncheon! The teas were so delicious and such a large variety to choose from. The sandwich’s, scones, cookies, fruits were very fresh and out of this world tasty. Highly recommend 🫖

I love the Dragonfly Tea Room. The teas and food are delicious. We had the themed afternoon tea and it was so much fun. It's a bit pricey, but worth it for the fun of the experience.

Yesterday we came here for a delightful tea experience for my cousins birthday. BUT that is not at all what we received. Our waitress Julie was very great in her attitude I felt and explained the menus well. BUT THE TEAS AND FOOD AND MIMOSAS TOOOK FOREVER. We were there for an hour almost and barely received our mimosas for our reserved party. No finger foods or tea on the table. We reserved for 13 people which everyone showed up. They did not chill our glasses for mimosas so we had to wait.. (why we had a reservation, no prep) they also told usthey were short staffed ( why we had a party of 13, no prep).
After over an hour there was still no food or tea. We then say we are not going to wait and our leaving we have not received any food or tea only a mimosa after an hour !!!! She then tells us that she is going to charge our card on file for everything even though we never received anything. How??? How can you charge us for something we did not receive ? That took forever to prepare and we never seen? Ridiculous, then the owner arrives and that's when I realized it's even worse and this is why they are not prepared. This woman Judith is so bland and no emotion at all . We express our concerns to her about timing and said reservation rules and she had NOTHING TO SAY AT ALL. No apologies no clarification nothing. I really wanted to enjoy this place but nope. Do not recommend for a party. And I suggest that JUDITH GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR BUSINESS CLASSES. Your employees are being held back by your mmodel actions .

Absolutely horrible, I wanted to come here for years! I finally did and horrible
Ended up walking out
staff has issues with serving , no emotion from owner and to much emotion from staff , stopped serving mimosas after 1 saying the birthday girl who has an autoimmune disease was “slurring” insults took over an hour and a half before being served one drink
Excuses and not able to accommodate a party or celebration, extremely slow
I would never go back
Such a disappointment absolutely redic

This was such a beautiful experience. We were so impressed by the presentation, attention to details, teas and of course the delicious foods and desserts. Our party of three had a wonderful time. Thank you!!

The way they decorate and the food/tea selections to celebrate the monthly theme is in good taste.

I've been here 4 times now and each time blows me away. The menu changes every month and the food is perfectly matched to the theme. Tea is great, mimosas are great. They go out to decorate each theme. Love this place!

This place is ok. It’s not really great or terrible. I appreciate that they are trying to do this in a place like the Valley where there aren’t a lot of tea houses like this. However if you go to the Bay Area or any other big city by comparison their food and tea is quite mediocre. Their table decorations are odd. Center pieces are all Indian themed but then there are post cards of different countries with an American flag? I didn’t understand what their theme is. Their baked goods are not that great. And their special baked goods for the day menus was hand scribbled with a pencil on a ripped up piece of paper and taped to a cardboard. It just looked sloppy and not charming like you expect a tea house. Their scones are basically like a country roll and not a scone. And my tea was lukewarm . When I asked for it hot they said that’s how it’s made. So overall just very average and mediocre. Was it great? Not rly. But will I go back? Probably because no other tea rooms in the area.
