Modern Chicken
I ordered a white chocolate iced coffee and instead got a different coffee that was watered down and the ice was already melted. Tasted like nothing. Food was also overcooked, I got the wrap and it was burnt and crumbled. More of a cracker than a wrap. I've ordered here multiple times but half the time they get the coffee wrong. Sucks because it's usually fine 🙃

Well, unfortunately, another bad review. I hate doing bad reviews. But when I feel it is necessary, then it is what it is. Breakfast bagel sandwiches are dry. Maybe a little mayo. Also, 4 small hash brown pieces per meal are very sad. I don't know, but the service was not the greatest either. Sandwich was a 3 out of 10. Really was hoping for more. The cold coffees were pretty good, but for 30 bucks for 2 meals with 2 coffees. It's not worth it. 🤷♂️ I'm just saying.........

This place is my favorite my wife loves their breakfast sandwiches.And I love their turkey breakfast sandwich, and they also have healthy options too coffee is delicious

Coffee tasted strongly of soap. I returned and politely asked for another coffee which I received and was fine however staff was very rude and gave me dirty looks.

Calling corporate. Employees couldn't have a more don't care attitude and literally 3/3 times my drink was absolutely disgusting.. too sweet too artificial.. not to mention it was just about all ice. just wanted something to dunk into..

If I could put one star I would because I went today for just a avocado toast and as I was leaving the drive-through, this girl made a remark saying ew she wants ranch when I asked for ranch and they didn’t have any. I came back to ask for bacon on the side and they close the door and didn’t want to offer it to me. Not sure if the employees don’t know what they are doing, but I even spoke to the manager and she did not want to sell me the bacon not sure if it’s a racism thing or something, but there are way better Dunkin’ Donuts with better customer service. hope they have a good day though but that’s my experience!!

So I went to pick up my mobile order this morning. I was missing an item so ok. I went before I left the parking lot. I told the lady I’m missing an item. She said I didnt pay for it so she’ll have to charge me????? Ok why the hell on the receipt said 3 items and only gave me 2 items????? I didn’t want to argue any further and she treat me like lie and want free!!!! When I actually paid the food and didn’t get all of the items!

I’ve been coming here for my post workout coffee and occasional donut for my little one. I’ve tried plenty of their drinks and it’s always pretty tasty. The employees are always a lovely bunch. The drive thru is always a quick process. Today I tried a spark’d energy and it’s good! Plus I got a chicken wrap which was a nice treat since they didn’t have a green goddess wrap but it’s totally okay.

So I went to pick up my mobile order this morning. I was missing an item so ok. I went before I left the parking lot. I told the lady I’m missing an item. Lazy. I came 34 mins early no hot food no muffins they said donuts and drinks o thanks let me select between your overpriced 4 donuts I have to choose from I'd rather go to the donut shop. Who closes the hot station over half hour before closing time. Won't be back.
