Anytime I head south I swing by and grab a sandwich some mini stuffed bagels and of course a drink! They never disappoint and are always fast to serve at the drive through.

Just went to Dunkin this morning my coffee was amazing and my donut was delicious. Lovely employees and incredibly fast service. Love how they always put in the work to make it a friendly store and always offer my dog a pup cup. Can't wait to stop by again!

I tried to give this place a try, but it's just horrible. The girls are rude. They'd rather continue their personal conversations while giggling than serve and talk to you at the drive thru. They just take payment and hand it to you, pretending they're busy. I've been a Starbucks diehard for many many years but their food choices leave much to be desired. So started going here on a whim and discovered they have Avocado Toast. It's my favorite thing ever. I know it's just spread on toast but it's still amazing. Especially since it's on sourdough. They used to have a drink similar to SBs, the Brown Sugar Iced Latte. Delicious! Now it's gone. The donuts are amazing except when they're out of the basic donuts first thing in the morning. I order ahead and pick up in store. I bought a Dunkin thermal mug at the Redwood City store, and they refuse to fill it with coffee. I fell in love with it, and can't use it. So, I quit going. The store is clean but the ambiance feels unfriendly/disconnected; no one gives you eye contact or welcomes you in. They see you and no one says hi, just a person waiting to take your order quick so they can continue chit chatting and texting. Makes me sad.

Service was terrible it took 20 mins thru drive thru for me to recieve 4 donuts. I had a very unapologetic and rude lady helping me she even snatched my card out ny hand and closed the window on me when I was asking a question. Dunkin donuts in modesto off oakdale.

It's a chain I know but I'm giving the 5 stars because of the hard working staff. I've seen a few Karen's give the cashier attitude not because something was wrong just because they were jerks. I wouldn't have been able to keep my cool but the couple times I saw bad customers the person that has to take it handled it very well. Ok to the food. I like to order the egg white bites. Always good. The bagel bites are only $2!!! You get 2 cream cheese filled bagel bites. So good.I order my coffee latte with a flavor but only a couple pumps. And of course there's the donuts Always fresh and so good. The cream filled ones and the cruelers Omg I'm drooling thinking about it.

The drive-thru service was great. I don't go to drunkin donuts very often, so I don't know the menu lingo, so they gotta decipher what I ordered. Instead of being annoyed, the order taker was so sweet. And they gave my pup a treat! I just love that.
