I ordered sabrina strawberry drink last saturday july 12, 2025 at dunkin standiford/tully at 330pm. PAID $6 and i was so disappointed coz my drinks has 85% of ice. I almost drink nothing. I complaint and never offer a refill. Those staff who serves me are disgusting!

Lobby was pretty dirty and restroom was dirty. My daughter had to use the restroom and since itās a āpublic everyone restroomā, of course itās dirty. Needs to be āhisā and āhersā restroom which I think there was at one point because the other restroom says āemployees restroom onlyāā¦. How nice about for customers were stuck with the dirtiest restrooms that Iāll never return to this location ever.

Iāve tried calling this Dunkinā Donuts on 1300 Stanford Avenue for the last one hour and they never pick up the phone Iām assuming the customer service at this place is not so good. Donāt understand how you have so many people working there not one person can pick up the phone that would be on this day March 31 7 AM to 8:35 AM no one can pick up the phone there in my eyes, that would be poor customer service I really hope in the future they will work on their customer service skills

I love Dunkinā Donuts. They donāt taste like oil like other donut shops. But Iām at the point where I would rather go without donuts for the rest of my life than deal with the rude, crappy customer service. They went WEEKS recently with NO DONUTS. And once they had donuts back, if I tried to get a dozen theyād tell me they donāt have enough donuts. So now I call before I go because I want to make sure thereās specific donuts before I drive there. They are so damn rude every time I call. Theyāre so rude at the window. Whoever the manager is here really needs to do a retraining on customer service. And if the workers hate working with customers, find a new industry to work in.

You canāt go wrong with Dunkin coffee. We live a few towns over and will drive over here just for coffee. I love that they have decaf iced coffee so I can drink it any time of the day and it wonāt keep me awake.

Worse customer service ever I orderd a blk coffe and have to waite in lobby for 10m to get it while 4 or 5 workers just joking around with customers on drive thrught window blk coffe is always ready just fill a cup and hand it I wold not go back to this place again

By chance, I ended up hungry and thirsty and ended up at Dunkin Donuts. I ordered the egg, sausage and cheese sandwich and a cold brew with sweet cream. the sandwich croissant was flaky and buttery. The sausage patty was seasoned although I think they could add just a little more seasoning. The cold brew coffee was good. I had to get used to the very open wide aperture of the lid. I would order it again - I had cravings for it the next day

the woman that has been at the window every time iāve come through has been rude and my drinks when i have come through taste nothing like i order them. i order blueberry shots, there is absolutely no hint of it and tastes horrible. i find my drinks are almost always watered down. do the employees need to be retrained on how to make coffee?!
Uuuugh. 50% of the time, my Boston cream is flipped upside down. Why is it so hard to put it in the bag with the frosting up? Crap like this is why they're going to go out of business in this area. It's so much more worth it to get out of the car & go across the street to Mr. Ts.

Is the new Halloween assorted supposed to only have ALL pumpkin flavor and 3 chocolate this is not assorted at all it should be called pumpkin bucket.. went straight in the trash waste of $16

I ordered a Sāmores drink , I had it before and it was great . But today I ordered it and it tasted so sour like the milk was spoiled or the cream ! I called the store to tell them that maybe their milk is sour , but to my surprise they didnāt say they will do something about it.All they said is to come back and I can get a free drink . Yeah no I waisted $4 down the drain . All because they didnāt check the date of the milk and I got a spoiled drink ?
