I came here today, September 10 on a Tuesday at 5 PM and the girl taking orders outside completely skipped my car so I keep going to the drive-through window and I tell them that they didn’t take my order and they take it for me at the drive-through window, then I ask them if they have The stickers that were handed out that day and the girl says they don’t and I ask if I can get a different sticker and she says that she can’t because they are only allowed to give out the stickers that they are giving out on that day, which kind of made me upset because the only reason why I even went today was because I just wanted to get a sticker And then the girl was just giving me attitude and it seemed like they were giving attitude towards each other as well inside and it was not an enjoyable experience. I have gone to other Dutch Bros, where they are completely happier and nicer. This was the nearest one to me but i should have left and gone to a different one! Thanks 😂😂😂

This particular dutch bros was a little busy, but they still took their time making sure they got my order correct. Even after we paid and were headed up to the window, an employee came out and doube checked my order (sugar-free white mocha) to make some suggestions to help with the sugar-free part. He suggested half & half with sugar free chocolate syrup for the base instead of the chocolate milk they usually use. It was delicious!
Dietary restrictions: I always order my drink sugar-free...as much as possible anyway... and they were very helpful in making suggestions to bring the sugar content down even more. As a diabetic, this was greatly appreciated!

Slowest Dutch Bros ever as a traveling merchandiser I've been to many Dutch Bros and this is by far the worst in getting in and out. Don't know if it's understaffed or what but gave them a second chance and was a bad decision wont be coming back again spent my whole break and lunch in line.

The person around 1050 was being very rude making my autistic sister feel very rushed and very dismissive she has to take her time when ordering while this employee was being very disrespectful rude say that he has to hurry up and close when they close at 11 and still had time to make our order in all my experience I have never even been so disappointed by any costumer service and I will not be coming to this location again and I will be telling my friends and family as well not to come to any Dutch bros again I am very disappointed all over a Order that took 5 minutes and she wanted a drink and they only gave her a water I am very upset

I used the walk up window, it was easy to order. I paid with the app so they already had my name. The workers seemed happy to be there. I was in and out of there in less than 2 minutes even though they were busy. And my drink came out perfectly made.
