I was in line and watched as some scalper was allowed to buy every single tumbler that was available. How is anyone supposed to be allowed to acquire these limited edition items if a single person can ruin the experience for everyone else by being allowed to buy every single one. I will not be returning to Dutch bros ever again. A company that supports illegal resales of limited edition items is not the type of business I want to allow my moral compass to support.

I come to this Dutch Bros two to three times a week, and lately it’s been really disappointing. I always make sure to clearly state my order, but for the past few months my drinks are rarely made correctly. It’s not that they forget items — it’s that they don’t make the drink how I asked.
For example, today I asked for extra sweet cream and got none at all. It might not sound like a big deal, but it’s frustrating when it happens over and over, especially as a regular customer. I love Dutch Bros and want to keep coming here, but the quality and attention to detail have definitely gone downhill. I hope they can work on listening more carefully and double-checking drinks before handing them out.

I came here today, September 10 on a Tuesday at 5 PM and the girl taking orders outside completely skipped my car so I keep going to the drive-through window and I tell them that they didn’t take my order and they take it for me at the drive-through window, then I ask them if they have The stickers that were handed out that day and the girl says they don’t and I ask if I can get a different sticker and she says that she can’t because they are only allowed to give out the stickers that they are giving out on that day, which kind of made me upset because the only reason why I even went today was because I just wanted to get a sticker And then the girl was just giving me attitude and it seemed like they were giving attitude towards each other as well inside and it was not an enjoyable experience. I have gone to other Dutch Bros, where they are completely happier and nicer. This was the nearest one to me but i should have left and gone to a different one! Thanks 😂😂😂
